The next round of capital rotation is shifting from "hyping narratives" to "real demand." Today's market focus is not on the full knockoff season, but on funds starting to seek tracks with real usage scenarios and cash flow. BTC is still fluctuating in the $63K–64K range, with open interest in derivatives markets at about $47.5B, indicating that leverage remains high. (TMGM) More notably, on August 12, there was a clear divergence among US spot ETFs: BTC ETFs saw net outflows of about $61.1M, while ETH ETFs saw net inflows of about $7.4M. This is not a full capital retreat; it is more like institutional funds beginning to make structural choices. (CryptoRank) 1. BTC | The Core of Institutional Liquidity BTC remains the largest liquidity anchor in the entire market. But what is more worth watching now is whether ETF funds can continue to flow in, rather than whether the price breaks out in the short term. BTC's strengths remain liquidity, institutional acceptance, and scarcity; Risks come from a slowdown in ETF funding and a high-leverage environment. 2. ETH | On-chain finance is becoming the core logic. Recently, ETH ETF funds have outperformed BTC, and the market is refocusing on: stablecoins + DeFi + RWA + institutional settlement. ETH's true long-term value lies not only in being the "second-largest crypto asset" but in whether it can become the main settlement layer for global on-chain finance. Representative: $ETH 3. A couple of days ago, I chatted with several friends working as Ethereum Validator validator nodes, and their tones generally carried a deep sense of anxiety.
The incident began when Ethereum Foundation researcher Justin Drake, together with several core members, proposed a new draft called EIP-8361, called the Progressive Administrative Burn Proposal. According to the logic in this proposal, when the total staked amount on Ethereum reaches about 60.25 million ETH—more than half of the total circulating supply—the block burn rate for block production rewards distributed to validator nodes will be directly maxed out to 100%.
What does this mean? Translated, the annualized staking yield for all network nodes will be halved from the current 2.6% to 1.2% or even lower.
Some friends might find this strange: Wasn't Ethereum always promoting supersonic currencies? Why are core developers suddenly rushing to cut staking yields now?
The root cause lies in the excessive prosperity of Layer2. Everyone knows that after the launch of the Blob space, Ethereum Layer2 transaction fees became as cheap as if they were free, causing mainnet gas fees to remain extremely low for a long time. Without enough gas burning, the classic EIP-1559 mechanism went completely silent, and Ethereum's token supply naturally returned to an inflationary track. To maintain the deflation golden banner, developers had to focus on block subsidies for validator nodes.
But in my view, this plan of exploiting validators' profits to forcibly smooth out inflation is a temporary fix without addressing the root cause, and might even be like drinking poison to quench thirst.
Think about it: those individual nodes with only 32 ETH and running their own servers and code already have meager returns after deducting server hosting fees, network fees, and operational effort. If the annualized yield is forcibly compressed to 1.2%, after a year of hard work and deducting operational costs, they will earn almost nothing. Who would bother bothering to maintain independent nodes?
At that point, a large number of retail nodes will be forced to exit, and the remaining staking shares will inevitably become highly concentrated among Lido, Coinbase, and various centralized staking service providers.
In pursuit of deflationary on paper, sacrificing the physical essence of node decentralization is actually shaking Ethereum's core values for survival. The narrative of supersonic currencies may sound appealing, but if a public chain network cannot guarantee a basic security budget or the survival space of retail nodes just to maintain its deflationary nature, then what is the point of such deflation?
This battle over staking rewards and cybersecurity budgets is likely to trigger even more intense upheaval in the upcoming months of hard fork upgrade discussions.
Finally, here's a question for everyone: if EIP-8361 really passes, causing the staking annualized yield to drop to just over 1%, would you still choose to stake ETH on-chain? Do you think Ethereum should prioritize preserving the deflationary narrative or preserving node decentralization?
#以太坊主网十一周年: Eleven years of uninterrupted operation and ecological achievements The results are wild. Top 1 the most popular token of the day averaged minus 12 percent over 24 hours. In 26 out of 30 cases I got a loss and only in 4 was there a small plus from 2 to 5 percent. Top 2 averaged minus 8 percent and a loss in 24 out of 30 cases. Top 3 gave minus 5 percent and a loss in 22 out of 30 cases. Total for the month if I blindly bought popular stuff I would have lost 380 dollars out of 900 invested. Overall I figured out that the Popular tab on STONfi is not a buy signal When KOSPI was smashed through the floor by leveraged funds on July 30, there was only one voice on the board: discarding pieces. On the 25th day, a 22% counterattack, Samsung and Hynix moved forward like two synchronized pawns, biting the opponent's throat diagonally—this wasn't a rebound, but a restructuring of the position after the first round of mid-game exchanges. I've seen too many such patterns in the game records: panic selling is a fake abandonment of the rear wing, and a true expert, with just a glance at the remnants of the chain of pieces, knows the opponent's royal city defense has already been split by a crack.
The memory cycle is the central chain of weapons in this game. AI capital spending is not a local flash, but a persistent pressure that holds the entire market — it creates a permanent weakness for Hynix's HBM at the opponent's king's wing, making Samsung's storage business like a strong stone, firmly controlling the horizontal line. Triggering a procedural buying pause during trading? That's the noise of a timer ticking, not a signal of the situation. A true player never changes their evaluation for a "long test"; what they see is who, when all tactics are settled, whose piece structure is more coordinated and whose arc covers deeper.
Temasek rumors? They're just empty talk. It's just a tentative move, neither confirmed timing nor size. That kind of 'possibility' is like a double-play game hanging on a chessboard—smart people won't adjust their defenses for unmoved moves, but their opponents will be distracted, and that's enough. At this moment, what the market is really trading isn't Temasek's pocket, but whether, after leverage washing, those core assets that were wrongly killed will return to the range of the value center.
The XSOX tool is essentially a convex lens. It magnifies every tiny displacement of Samsung and Hynix into a tidal wave of the king's wing. You can use it to accelerate the approach of the checkmate, but remember: once the mirror's focal length is distorted, the boundary between reality and illusion blurs into a diagonal line. When the waves defined by the lever are released, all that remains is the endgame—the contest is who has higher unit force activity and whose pawn is closer to ascending conjugation, not whose aggressiveness is louder.
Is this rebound a valuation recovery, or is it yet another trap of a concentrated market explosion? My answer is on the chess clock: either way, it's a one-step force. The Korean chip industry has already cornered the other side's king.
The real test is: when the mirror shatters, do you still remember the king's original position? The person who placed the piece doesn't need an answer; he just needs to see—the opponent's next move has become stiff #KoreaChipsLeadRebound I think the “opportunity vs. already too high” question comes down to whether OKB's new tokenomics are followed by real utility growth.
🟢 Why the thesis is stronger now
21M fixed supply creates a much clearer scarcity narrative than the previous supply structure.
OKX + X Layer + OKB creates a potential ecosystem flywheel: more activity → more utility → potentially more demand for OKB.
The comparison with BNB is understandable, but BNB's value is backed by years of deep ecosystem usage, so OKB still has to prove that part.
The fact that OKB is around $100 rather than its previous $258.6 high doesn't automatically mean it's cheap. A lower price than the ATH is not, by itself, a valuation metric.
⚠️ What I'd watch
The biggest question isn't “Can OKB hit $120?”
It's:
“Does OKB actually become necessary or increasingly useful inside the OKX/X Layer ecosystem?”
If real utility, users, transaction activity and ecosystem adoption grow, the fixed 21M supply becomes much more meaningful.
If demand doesn't grow, scarcity alone won't guarantee appreciation.
So I'd describe OKB as a fundamentally interesting tokenomics reset with an unproven long-term ecosystem thesis, rather than simply “the next BNB.”
And after a 16% weekly move, chasing it purely because the chart looks strong carries more risk than evaluating the next stage of adoption.🔥 99% AI. 1% Rockets. And My Short Is Stuck in That 1%.
$SPCX has rallied from 108 to 146, gaining about 35%, while my short position is sitting at a 300U floating loss. I’m still holding.
The rally gained momentum after Elon Musk said AI revenue could eventually exceed all of SpaceX’s other businesses combined. He believes the company could reach 10GW of AI computing power by the end of next year, with the potential to generate $300B–$500B in annual AI revenue. He even suggested AI could represent 99% of SpaceX’s value within five years.
That’s a bold vision.
For perspective, Nvidia generated around $60B in annual revenue last year. Projecting an AI business to reach $500B is an extraordinary expectation.
The market clearly embraced the narrative. SPCX surged as investors shifted focus from rockets and Starlink to AI infrastructure.
This shows how powerful market narratives can be. Sometimes, a compelling vision is enough to move prices long before the financial results arrive.
I’m not saying Musk is right or wrong.
I’m simply waiting for the evidence—real revenue, customer demand, and financial results.
Stories can drive rallies, but in the long run, numbers decide the outcome.
#CPIPPIEaseFedSplit #AIInfraEarningsWatch #SpaceX99%ValueFromAI The lesson is useful, but there’s one important distinction: historical bottoms only look obvious after the fact.
When ETH was around $900 or SOL around $8, buying required accepting the possibility that prices could fall much further. The same was true during earlier cycles.
The pattern worth learning isn't “buy whenever everyone is bearish.” It's:
Extreme fear → capitulation → stabilization → improving fundamentals/liquidity → trend reversal.
And history doesn't guarantee the same outcome every cycle. Crypto can remain depressed much longer than expected, and some individual tokens never recover their previous highs.
So the better takeaway is:
> Don't confuse pessimism with a bottom. Look for evidence that selling pressure is actually being absorbed.
The best opportunities often feel uncomfortable—but “uncomfortable” isn't enough by itself. Confirmation still matters.Exactly—the strongest part of this thesis is that crypto's next move may be driven by macro and policy catalysts rather than technicals alone.
🔑 Three forces to watch
🇺🇸 CPI / Fed Cooling inflation can support expectations for easier monetary policy, which generally improves the liquidity backdrop for risk assets. But the market reaction depends on the details and what yields/DXY do afterward.
🏛️ SEC / CLARITY Regulatory progress could reduce uncertainty and potentially improve institutional confidence. But until legislation actually advances through the required steps, it remains a potential catalyst rather than a guaranteed one.
🛢️ Hormuz / Oil This is the wildcard. A sustained disruption could push energy prices higher → increase inflation pressure → complicate Fed easing expectations → pressure risk assets, including crypto.
👀 Asset-by-asset
BTC: watch liquidity and institutional flows.
ETH: watch whether it can outperform BTC and attract continued ETF demand.
SOL: higher-beta expression of improving risk appetite.
HYPE: watch derivatives activity and on-chain momentum.
OKB: ecosystem developments could create token-specific strength independent of BTC.
🧠 The key framework
CPI → Fed expectations → yields/DXY → liquidity → crypto
Hormuz → oil → inflation → Fed expectations → risk assets
SEC/CLARITY → regulation → institutional confidence → crypto flows
So yes: don't just watch the candles. Watch what is happening underneath them. The chart tells you what the market is doing; macro and policy can help explain why.🚨 BTC DIDN’T JUST DROP — GEOPOLITICAL RISK JUST ENTERED THE MARKET.
As the night session opened, tensions around the Strait of Hormuz sent $BTC and $ETH sharply lower, while oil held firmly above $82.
And the chain reaction is simple:
🌍 Geopolitical tension → 🛢️ higher oil → 📈 inflation expectations → 📉 fewer rate-cut hopes → pressure on risk assets.
The bigger problem? The Hormuz negotiations still appear stuck, with key implementation details unresolved.
That makes tonight’s CPI even more important.
📉 Cool CPI → could ease the pressure.
📈 Hot CPI → oil + inflation fears could create a nasty double squeeze.
For now, there’s no need to guess the next move.
Let the CPI numbers speak first. The market will tell us what comes next.

#DailyOrbit 🟢 $SOL JUST GOT A WAKE-UP CALL
Teraswitch held ~28.1% of active stake when the outage hit, pushing Solana dangerously close to the 33.34% finality threshold.
North America stayed online this time — but that’s exactly why the risk matters.
A provider-wide failure could still leave only ~72–73% of stake reachable, just a few points above quorum.
One more correlated infrastructure failure could be enough to stop settlement.
$SOL may be decentralized at the validator layer — but infrastructure concentration is becoming the real risk.
Watch infrastructure diversity, not just validator count. 👀While the tower crane was still pouring the 5.7 billion cubic meter concrete for Nebius's site, the settlement warning curve on my structural drawings had already pierced the safety threshold. This was the first thing I saw when I was woken up by phone at 3 a.m. and opened the surveillance system.
This is the real daily routine of the design institute. The market is watching revenue growth rates like homeowners—the construction progress schedules for Lumentum, CoreWeave, and Supermicro all turn green over 90%, Nebius's 454% is like a supertall building topping out within 12 months. But to someone like me who's been drawing skyscrapers for twenty years, revenue is just the reflected light from curtain wall glass—the brighter the facade, the greater the glass's weight and wind load. What truly determines whether a building will quietly crack three years after delivery is the invisible underground pile foundations and the rebar stress gauges embedded in the concrete.
Coherent delivered a beautiful test block report today: 34% growth, and guidance exceeded market expectations. But after-hours prices still fell by 8%. It's like receiving a call from a testing station at a construction site: the yield strength of this batch of rebar barely meets the standard, but the carbon content is relatively high. After welding on site, all the cooling shrinkage cracks are hidden in the weld seams. When the owner checks the building hasn't collapsed and the weather station issues a strong wind warning, I have to recalculate the combination of the most unfavorable conditions. The fault tolerance of a structure is never based on the test block report, but on how much extra reinforcement you leave for each column.
What does Nebius's $5.7 billion capital expenditure mean? It's like purchasing all the reinforced concrete for the entire building at once, with tower cranes, elevators, and concrete pump trucks all running at full capacity. On paper, it's spectacular, but the most dangerous thing for super high-rises is never the day of topping out. When two-thirds are completed, you suddenly find that the load-bearing wall for the reserved equipment layer has been changed into a viewing window by the blueprints. Every new floor slab is drawing load-bearing capacity from the foundation, but settlement observation data from the foundation is never recorded in the financial reports. Owners always only ask how much the house has sold, while the structural engineer is calculating whether the load per square meter is close to the design limit.
Cisco's double-digit growth feels like a veteran firm has taken on a new job—still stable and profitable. But the old firm's brick-mixed approach faces the big parametric challenge, which is a new strong rule in the regulations—previously it could skirt the edge, now it's lifetime responsibility. The advantage of established brands is that they never lack drawings, specifications, or detailed node drawings, but the downside is that when facing new materials, your habitual conservatism can skyrocket costs, and the market's margin for error keeps shrinking like building height limits, unable to accommodate any extra floor.
Applied Materials is the next general contractor to enter the site. Everyone is focused on its tower crane's lifting capacity—equipment orders. But I'm more concerned about the formwork and supports on site: expansion expenses are like scaffolding—the denser you build, the higher the safety reserve, but your cash flow is like concrete, with initial setting time. If you don't shake before solidification, the whole slab is just a pile of scrap. Doubling the number of tower cranes doesn't mean the building can be topped out on schedule; it also means your construction organization design and emergency response plan must be upgraded simultaneously.
As for those derivative structures that share the same transformer as these sites and use digital vouchers as the foundation? They don't need to be poured themselves, but once the foundation settles, their ground beams will be misaligned. I've never made drawings of these shell structures, but I know where the wind comes from—backfill soil blown out from the foundation pits excavated simultaneously at all sites #AIInfraEarningsWatch $CORE Objectively break down the probability of dropping to 0.001
Many people dare not face reality: what if CORE keeps falling to 0.001? The current price is 0.0185; dropping to 0.001 means another 95% plunge. Objectively predict the market, avoid extreme bearishness and blind bullishness.
Core conclusion: A short-term drop to 0.001 in several months is a low-probability event, but over a multi-year cycle, with multiple negative factors resonating, this risk cannot be completely eliminated.
In the short term, funds support the bottom: the historical low of 0.01506 provides psychological support, and bottom-fishing funds often enter the market at these lows; the project maintains its foundational updates, BTCFi narratives attract short-term speculative funds, and liquidity has not dried up, making a one-sided cliff drop unlikely.
But long-term risks are visibly visible: severe competition in the sector, no real growth in the ecosystem; Tokens continue to be unlocked, trapped buyers keep fleeing at high levels, and the market has long lacked incremental funds. Combined with tightening liquidity in the main market, cooperation remains only on paper, and market expectations continue to weaken.
The market is extremely polarized; the market is ultimately the result of capital and sector competition. The most realistic reality is: even if it drops to 0.001, deeply trapped believers still dream of returning to 10U. Sunk costs, get-rich-quick fantasies, and information cocoons trap most holders.
Market predictions are for reference only; the actual flow of funds on the market is far more important than subjective price speculation.
⚠️ Risk Warning: This is for market logic exchange only and does not constitute any investment advice. Crypto assets are highly volatile; please manage risks rationally.Whether Bitcoin can rise in the short term depends on the macro liquidity turning point and the pace of selling pressure clearing. It has long-term rebound potential but is by no means a one-sided guaranteed rise. Currently, it is in a critical consolidation period with "some bottoming signals appearing but no confirmed reversal."
Core Current Situation and Key Variables
Price Position: As of mid-August 2026, BTC has been consolidating in the $62,000–$67,000 range for nearly two months, with over a 50% drawback from its October 2025 all-time high (about $126,000).
Upward resistance: Miners continue to sell due to cost inversion, $ETH inflows are mostly spot and futures arbitrage (low net exposure), and there is a large amount of trapped positions near 69,000 yuan above to release the unevenness pressure.
Upward support: Some on-chain indicators have entered historical undervaluation zones; If the Fed releases liquidity through mechanisms like FIMA or if rate cut expectations materialize, valuation recovery may be triggered.
Cycle patterns: Historical data shows that after Bitcoin's major top, it usually takes 12-13 months to bottom. This potential bottom window may point to Q4 2026, and so far, there has been no full-scale panic selling (NUPL has not turned negative, and the Fear and Greed Index at 29 is not an extreme value).
The three main conditions that determine the subsequent trend
Macro Liquidity: Whether expectations for US dollar interest rates are clearly shifting toward easing (such as worsening nonfarm data triggering rate cut trades) is the top priority catalyst for breaking the current deadlock.
Selling pressure release: Whether miner selling pressure has dried up, and whether ETH $SNDK funds have shifted from "arbitrage inflows" to "allocation net buying," depends on whether the Coinbase premium index turns positive.
Technical breakout: Can the price effectively hold above $69,000 (the average cost line for short-term holders); otherwise, any rebound will still be considered a box consolidation
Risk warning
Unpredictability: Cryptocurrencies are heavily influenced by sentiment and leverage, lacking a "inevitable rise" logic; If the macro environment worsens or a black swan event occurs, it may test deeper support levels.
Conclusion: There is a possibility of gains, but clear signals should be awaited (liquidity easing + selling pressure clearing + key breakouts). Currently, it is not advisable to blindly bet on one-sided market trends. It is recommended to focus on Federal Reserve policy trends and changes in on-chain holdings rather than simply speculating on price direction. #Strategy再卖1690枚BTC, corporate treasury fragmentation #高盛收购Neos, crypto ETFs shift toward yield competition, #CLARITY延期 SEC plans to promote regulatory rules to fill the gap The analysis has a clear bearish-to-neutral thesis, but I'd separate the useful signals from the assumptions.
📉 BTC setup
$65K: key resistance/ceiling in this framework.
$63K: immediate level the author expects to lose.
$62K: important downside support.
$60K: major psychological/technical defense zone.
The moving-average setup you quoted—price below EMA21/EMA55 with SAR above price—does support short-term bearish pressure. But indicators alone don't establish that BTC will break $63K.
⛏️ Miner income is the interesting part
Low miner fee income alongside record-high hashrate can indicate intense competition among miners and compressed fee economics.
But calling it either a bottom signal or crash warning is too simplistic.
Historically, miner stress can occur near major bottoms, but it can also persist during extended weakness. The more useful confirmation would be:
miner selling + exchange inflows + declining demand + weak spot volume
versus
miner stress + declining selling pressure + rising spot demand + improving liquidity.
🧠 The biggest issue with the proposed trade
The idea of “waiting for one more drop, then gradually buying” is essentially trying to catch a potential bottom. That's inherently uncertain.
If BTC breaks $62K and eventually $60K, the fact that those levels were previously expected to hold doesn't guarantee they will.
So the strongest conclusion from this setup is:
BTC remains range-bound with bearish pressure underneath. $65K is the important upside confirmation area, while $62K–$60K is the key downside zone. Until price and volume confirm a breakout, predicting the exact next move is mostly speculation.🚨 BTC & ETH JUST GOT HIT — AND THE REAL DRIVER ISN’T CRYPTO.
Something felt off as the night session opened.
BTC and ETH sold off sharply after fresh Strait of Hormuz tensions, while oil $CL held above $82. That’s a sign markets are starting to price geopolitical risk back in.
Here’s the chain traders are watching:
🛢️ Hormuz risk → oil higher
📈 Oil higher → inflation expectations rise
🏦 Higher inflation → fewer Fed cuts
⚠️ Less easing → pressure on risk assets
The US-Iran talks still look far from a real breakthrough, with the biggest issue being how any agreement would actually be implemented.
Now comes the key test: CPI.
If inflation continues cooling, some of this pressure could ease.
But if CPI comes in hot, crypto could face a nasty macro + geopolitical double squeeze.
For now, I’m not chasing the night-session volatility.
Let the CPI numbers speak first. The next move could depend more on inflation than the candles on the chart.

#DailyOrbit 📊 $BTC vs $ETH — Liquidity Tells a Different Story
Bitcoin’s market cap is roughly 5.6× larger than Ethereum’s, yet its trading volume is only around 3.1× ETH’s.
$BTC remains the market’s main liquidity anchor, attracting ETF flows and broader macro-driven allocations.
$ETH, meanwhile, behaves more like a higher-beta rotation asset, with DeFi, L2s, staking, and wider altcoin activity contributing to greater volatility.
The key distinction:
🟠 If investment and allocation flows dominate → BTC may retain its premium for stability and certainty.
🔵 If active trading liquidity returns → ETH’s greater sensitivity to capital rotation could give it more upside momentum.
The next move may depend less on market size and more on where liquidity starts flowing.
#CPIPPIEaseFedSplit #AIInfraEarningsWatch #SpaceX99%ValueFromAI The strongest lesson here isn't the $10 → $186 result—it's the emphasis on protecting an existing profit.
A few important points:
10× leverage magnifies both gains and losses. A relatively small move in BTC/ETH can produce a large percentage change in margin.
BTC moving from $63,561.3 → $63,825.2 is about +0.42%, which is consistent with roughly +4.2% before fees/funding at 10×.
ETH moving from $1,840.95 → $1,894.80 is about +2.93%, or roughly +29.3% at 10× before fees/funding.
Moving a stop toward breakeven or into profit can reduce the chance of giving back a winning trade, but it can also cause an early exit during normal volatility.
The biggest caution is the $100 → $1M challenge. Going from $10 to $186 is impressive as a trading record, but extrapolating that growth rate to $1M requires increasingly large risks and isn't a realistic expectation to rely on.
Good trading isn't just catching the move—it’s knowing when to protect yourself once you're right.ETH's major event staking ratio broke through a new high of 34.7%, but the yield fell below expectations.
Just checked Staking Rewards data, and the ETH staking ratio hit a new high, reaching 34.7%. 41.89 million ETH locked in, totaling $78.5 billion—sounds pretty impressive, right?
But to be honest, I'm not that optimistic.
First, the yield has already dropped to 2.6% and is still declining. Do the math: the number of people pledged has nearly doubled, but the returns are diluted, making the cost-effectiveness less and less worthwhile. A 2.6% annualized return wouldn't even rank in traditional wealth management, and you have to bear the risk of liquidity lockdown—this is really not worth the deal right now.
Second, the EIP-8363 proposal is no joke. The community has already been discussing drastically cutting or even resetting issuance rewards when the staking rate reaches 50%. Now it's 34.7%, getting closer and closer to that line. Once approved, those rushing in now will be standing guard at the summit.
Third, from a price perspective, a high staking rate does lock in liquidity and supports prices. But on the flip side—with so many people staking, does that mean there are no better opportunities to make money in the market? This is actually a warning sign.
My strategy is clear: keep holding the previous staked positions, but I won't push in any new positions. A 2.6% return corresponds to this risk, and the odds aren't enough. Rather than locking up liquidity and earning interest, it's better to hold back ammunition and wait for better opportunities.
Of course, this is just my opinion. How you choose is up to you $ETH In this situation, I actually think Walsh is the most awkward!
Using data as the anchor for rate adjustments has led the market to believe it, so the current rate hike expectation in September has been lowered. If further data continues to support it, expectations for a rate cut in September are about to emerge, which is clearly not what Washey wants to see!
To put it bluntly, Walsh doesn't want to raise rates—he wants to cut rates. But this rate cut definitely can't rely on current data—it depends on his working group's data. Yet the working group's progress seems a bit slow, and Walsh seems to be trapped in a cocoon
There is a desire to reduce forward-looking guidance, but this week we have seen Federal Reserve officials frequently commenting on future interest rates, clearly not everyone supports the so-called reduction of forward-looking guidance
Walsh's situation is somewhat awkward, which also sows a heavy seed for future internal divisions within the Fed. And don't forget, Master Powell is still within the Fed. The subsequent "palace intrigue" at the Fed is worth watching. Powell, as a scholar-type leader, holds himself in high regard and will never allow Wash to fully politicize the Fed
The Fed can actually be independent, but it absolutely cannot be nominally politicized—at least, that's what I think Master Bao thinks! #CPI与PPI同步降温, the divide over rate hikes is widening 美股盘前这出戏,简直把AI 圈的真实人性演活了。一边是搞光通信的 Coherent ($COHR) 业绩指引强得让人想报警,另一边是号称要颠覆英伟达的芯片新贵 Cerebras 还没上市就在二级预期里先打了八四折。🤣

🇷🇺 What stands out
BTC, ETH and USDT would be the initial assets available to ordinary investors under the proposed framework.
A 300,000-ruble annual purchase limit per institution and a risk assessment would constrain retail participation.
Professional investors would have considerably broader access, subject to compliance requirements.
The proposed requirements around market capitalization, trading volume and five years of price history naturally favor established assets.
Most smaller altcoins would therefore remain outside the initial regulated retail market.
🧠 The USDT inclusion is especially interesting
Putting USDT alongside BTC and ETH suggests that regulators are looking heavily at liquidity and established market infrastructure, rather than simply classifying assets by whether they're “crypto” or “traditional.”
That could be meaningful for BTC and ETH because regulated channels can potentially bring additional capital into the market.
But this isn't a blanket crypto opening.
Russia is essentially saying: “Crypto access is possible—but prove that the asset is large, liquid and established first.”
So for the broader altcoin market, this is actually a fairly restrictive development. The compliant retail door may be opening, but most altcoins are still standing outside it.This is an interesting development because DIGY11 gives investors Bitcoin-related income exposure without directly holding BTC.

It targets preferred equities connected to Bitcoin-heavy treasury companies such as Strategy and Strive.
Investors receive distributions in Brazilian reais, with currency hedging.
The proposed yield target of CDI + 3–5% annually makes it more of an income/credit-style Bitcoin proxy than a simple BTC investment.
Daily liquidity could make it easier for traditional Brazilian investors to access this theme.
The risk is that preferred-stock exposure isn't the same as Bitcoin exposure. The ETF's performance depends on the underlying companies, their financing structures, BTC prices, interest rates, and the ability of those companies to maintain distributions.
🧠 Bigger picture
This is another example of the Bitcoin ecosystem expanding beyond “buy BTC and hold it.”
We're seeing products built around:
BTC → treasury companies → preferred securities → ETF → traditional investors
If products like DIGY11 gain traction, they could create another channel for traditional capital to gain indirect Bitcoin-linked exposure and income.
So the interesting question isn't just whether BTC rises—it’s how many different financial products can eventually channel capital toward the Bitcoin treasury ecosystem. The important takeaway is that Russia appears to be moving toward controlled access, not full crypto legalization.
🇷🇺 What this could mean
BTC + ETH + USDT: These are the initial assets being considered for ordinary investors.
300,000 ruble annual limit: This keeps retail exposure relatively constrained.
Risk testing: Retail investors would need to demonstrate awareness of the risks before trading.
Professional investors: Much broader access, including other crypto assets, subject to compliance requirements.
Liquidity matters: The proposed eligibility criteria—large market cap, substantial trading volume, and a long price history—would naturally exclude most smaller altcoins.
🧠 The bigger signal
Including USDT alongside BTC and ETH is particularly interesting. It suggests regulators may be prioritizing liquidity, market depth, and established trading infrastructure rather than simply accepting assets based on their technological narrative.
For the crypto market, this is potentially positive for BTC and ETH, because regulated access can create another channel for capital.
But for most altcoins, the message is almost the opposite:
Russia is opening a crypto door—but it's opening the door to a very small group of established assets.
So this is better described as regulated crypto integration rather than a broad Russian crypto liberalization.$BTC vs $ETH: Liquidity tells a different story.
BTC market cap is ~5.6× ETH, but trading volume is only ~3.1×.
BTC is the market’s liquidity anchor, absorbing ETF and macro allocation flows. ETH is more of a high-beta rotation asset, with DeFi, L2, staking and altcoin activity amplifying volatility.
If allocation capital dominates → BTC keeps the certainty premium.
If trading capital returns → ETH’s higher liquidity elasticity could drive the next move
#CPIPPIEaseFedSplit #AIInfraEarningsWatch OKX’s own Web3 material says the one-time 65.25M OKB burn reduced supply by about 52% to a fixed 21M OKB, making scarcity a major part of the new tokenomics.
That can explain the sharp repricing: fewer tokens + unchanged/increased demand = potentially stronger scarcity effect. OKB has also been among the stronger crypto performers recently.
However, a burn doesn't guarantee the price keeps rising. After a major supply-driven move, profit-taking and volatility can be substantial.
So the key things to watch are:
Whether OKB can hold above $100
Whether trading volume remains elevated
Whether the new 21M supply structure translates into sustained ecosystem demand
In short: **the burn changes the tokenomics fundamentally; the next question is whether demand can justify the new valuation.**The next crypto crash might not show up on your K-line first. It might come from Washington, the Fed, or the Middle East.
Let’s be honest: we spend way too much time staring at candles while the biggest market-moving events are happening completely outside the chart.
A golden cross won’t save you if the Fed suddenly turns hawkish.
A perfect support level won’t matter if oil explodes because of a Middle East crisis.
And no bullish pattern can replace clear crypto regulation.
Right now, I’m watching three things more closely than any K-line:
1️⃣ CPI — The Fed’s biggest trigger
July inflation cooled, which is encouraging. But cooler inflation doesn’t automatically mean liquidity is coming back.
The real question is: When does the Fed actually become easier, and when does money start flowing into risk assets again?
Don’t confuse “less bad” with “bullish.”
2️⃣ SEC / CLARITY Act — Regulation still matters
The CLARITY Act being pushed toward September keeps the uncertainty alive.
Institutions want clarity before putting serious money into crypto. Until the rules become clearer, regulatory headlines can still move the market faster than technical analysis.
3️⃣ Strait of Hormuz — The black swan nobody wants
If tensions between the U.S. and Iran escalate and the Strait of Hormuz is disrupted, oil could spike hard.
Oil ↑ → Inflation ↑ → Fed gets tougher → Liquidity tightens → Crypto gets hit.
That chain reaction could move faster than any trader can react to.
So what am I watching?
🔹 BTC: Are institutions still willing to buy?
🔹 ETH: Is capital finally rotating beyond BTC?
🔹 SOL: Is the volatility getting euphoric or dangerous?
🔹 HYPE: Is on-chain leverage and speculation heating up?
🔹 OKB: Can platform tokens continue showing relative strength?
At the end of the day, the next major move may not come from a golden cross or death cross.
It could come from a Fed statement, a Washington decision, or one headline from the Middle East.
Watch the world, not just the chart.
And above everything else: protect your capital.
#DailyOrbit PPI came in below expectations, but don’t expect a surge.
July PPI: 0% vs 0.2% expected
Core PPI: 0.2% vs 0.3% expected
Short-term bullish, but mostly confirms the cooling-inflation narrative already priced in.
$BTC can test $64K–64.5K, but needs volume to break through. Otherwise, $63K–63.5K remains the consolidation zone.
$ETH may stay around $1,880–1,920.
Bottom line: PPI makes bears cautious, not bulls aggressive. Wait for confirmation rather than chasing the data.
#CPIPPIEaseFedSplit The thesis is directionally interesting, but it’s important not to assume that a semiconductor rebound automatically means crypto will rally.
🧠 The stronger connection
AI chips → AI infrastructure spending → stronger tech-sector confidence → broader risk appetite → potential crypto inflows
Samsung and SK Hynix benefiting from AI/HBM demand can reinforce the idea that the AI investment cycle remains intact. That can support risk sentiment more broadly.
But there is also a capital-competition effect: if investors are aggressively buying semiconductor stocks, some capital can temporarily stay in equities rather than crypto.
👀 Crypto hierarchy I'd watch
$BTC: First beneficiary if broad risk appetite improves.
$ETH: ETF flows and institutional adoption could strengthen relative performance.
$SOL: Higher-beta play if risk appetite expands into major alts.
$RNDR / $TAO / $AKT: More sensitive to renewed AI-token speculation.
$OKB: More dependent on exchange activity and crypto-market participation.
The key confirmation isn't simply “Korean chips are rising.”
It's whether we eventually see:
Semiconductors ↑ + Nasdaq ↑ + yields stable/falling + BTC holding support + ETF flows improving
If those signals align, the AI/crypto correlation becomes much more convincing.
Bottom line: Korea's chip rebound strengthens the broader AI-risk narrative, but BTC needs actual liquidity and demand confirmation before this becomes a reliable crypto bullish catalyst. How likely is it that the Fed will raise interest rates in September?
Combining a full set of data from nonfarm payrolls, CPI, PPI, and initial jobless claims, CME futures latest pricing is: in September, rates will remain unchanged at about 60%, with a 25bp hike of about 40%.
To put it bluntly, it's highly unlikely there will be a rate hike, but it's definitely not a small black swan—the alarm hasn't been lifted.
👉 Leaning toward reasons for not raising interest rates
1. Employment is truly cooling down
Nonfarm payrolls in July saw negative growth, and previous employment data was sharply revised downward; The latest initial jobless claims were 209,000, higher than expected. The labor market has weakened, and the Fed is reluctant to raise rates rashly, fearing it would directly chill the economy.
2. Inflation has cooled for two consecutive reports
All CPI figures met expectations; PPI rose 4.7% year-on-year and flat month-on-month, significantly better than expected. Upstream production pressure eased, and upstream and downstream inflation weakened simultaneously, giving the Fed confidence to wait and see.
⚠️ The risk of interest rate hikes cannot be ignored
1. Inflation is only slowing down and is still far from the 2% target
The data looks good, but service inflation is very sticky and hasn't completely collapsed. At the July meeting, three members directly voted to raise rates, with a hawkish stance, feeling that rates are still not tight enough.
2. Middle Eastern geopolitics are the biggest ticking time bomb
Conflicts in Hormuz and the Red Sea have repeatedly occurred, and oil prices could rebound at any time. If oil prices rise again, inflation will immediately rise, and the probability of a rate hike in September could rise to over 50% overnight.
3. Two other major data points remain unreleased ahead of the meeting
The July PCE price index and August nonfarm payrolls are the real judges.
If PCE rebounds and August employment heats up again, the probability of a 40% rate hike will jump sharply, strengthening the US dollar and putting pressure on BTC, US stocks, and gold.
The most painful reality in trading
Don't be convinced just because a few dovish data sets are available.
Right now, the market easily follows the pattern of buying in positive news and driving prices up, then pulling back after a surge in value.
The baseline scenario is to hold steady, but the sword of rate hikes still hangs overhead, causing the market to repeatedly fluctuate and wash things down.
Summary in plain words:
September is more inclined to hold steady, but a rate hike cannot be completely ruled out. Until the PCE and August nonfarm payrolls are released, nothing is certain. If you're still waiting for the "knockoff season" to rescue you from misery, you might be disappointed. Opening the market software, Bitcoin has been consolidating around $65,000 for nearly two months, with a cumulative decline of over 25% since 2026. Ethereum is quoted at $1917, showing weak momentum. Looking at his holdings again, the altcoins in his hands had already dropped so much that even his own mother wouldn't recognize them. The market has entered a bizarre state of "hibernation"—the 30-day average trading volume of Bitcoin perpetual contracts has dropped to $10.8 billion, the lowest level since 2023, with only 5% of trading days worse than this. The total 24-hour liquidations across the entire internet were less than 100 million USD, and even the "double blowout" scenario of "long and short blowouts" could no longer be played. The "knockoff season," once the dream that made countless people rich overnight, may truly be shattered. 1. Bitcoin is no longer "gold"; it is "Nasdaq's little brother" People used to call Bitcoin "digital gold," a hedge and inflation hedge. But in this cycle, this narrative reality has been a harsh blow. Gold has recently rebounded strongly due to macro logic (a weaker dollar and falling US Treasury yields), with weekly gains exceeding 7%. In contrast, Bitcoin has been slow to respond to this wave of macro positive news. Yu Jianing, co-chair of the Blockchain Committee of the China Communications Industry Association, revealed the essence: Bitcoin's correlation with the S&P 500 has climbed to 0.55, while its correlation with gold is extremely low. Bitcoin has been clearly positioned by institutions as a "highly resilient risk asset," and is more closely tied to Nasdaq tech stocks. Traditional finance surged, while it rose slightly; Traditional finance is plummeting, and it can't escape. Bitcoin has become deeply integrated into the global asset allocation system. ETonight's Double Blockbuster Data Shock! Rate cut expectations are heating up—is the ETH rally coming?
1. Two sets of key data for the evening
Initial jobless claims were 209,000, higher than the expected 202,000, marking a mid-July high and a clear weakening of the labor market; the core PPI monthly rate in July was 0.2%, below the expected 0.3%, indicating continued cooling upstream inflation.
2. Layered trend analysis of the crypto market
1. $BTC: Market sentiment is anchored, holding the 63,000 level based on rate cut expectations, with moderate volatility, serving as a safe market position
2. $ETH: The core beneficiary of this round is ETH ETFs, with continuous capital inflows and ample staking and locked positions. Under loose expectations, elasticity far exceeds Bitcoin
3. Theme Divergence: US stocks with storage mapping $SNDK and aerospace $SPCX strengthened with US stock rotation; $BEAT, $DOS, and other meme coins were sold off, with both bulls and bears buying and selling.
3. Core turning points in the upcoming market
Short-term funds use data to warm up the bullish market, with the real market shift locked in Powell's speech at the month-end Jackson Hole annual meeting. If the speech sends a dovish signal of easing, BTC and ETH will directly break out of their ranges; If the hawkish stance continues, the market will quickly pull back to absorb gains.
Operational advice
The current macro bullish logic is clear: a pullback means positioning in the ETH long position window, staying away from demon coins without fundamentals controlling the market; Contract volatility is sharp, so strict leverage must be controlled to avoid the risk of back-and-forth losses.
⚠️ Market data review alone does not constitute investment advice; trading virtual currency contracts carries extremely high riskThe interesting part isn't simply the tokenization—it’s the narrative crossover.
If I had to pick one, I'd watch $XCRWV (CoreWeave).
Why?
AI + cloud infrastructure gives it exposure to two of the strongest current market narratives.
CoreWeave is closely tied to the growing demand for AI compute.
Unlike a pure “AI story,” cloud infrastructure has a clearer connection to actual enterprise spending.
Putting that exposure into a crypto-native trading environment could attract traders who normally wouldn't interact with the underlying equity.
That said, attention ≠ performance. Tokenized-stock liquidity, spreads, trading hours, and how closely the product tracks the underlying asset all matter.
My ranking for narrative attention would be:
🥇 XCRWV — AI cloud
🥈 XCBRS — AI chips
🥉 XNBIS — AI infrastructure
4️⃣ XARM — semiconductor architecture
5️⃣ XRKLB — space
The bigger story is that crypto liquidity is increasingly being used as a distribution layer for traditional-market exposure. That could become much more interesting if volumes and liquidity actually follow.Tonight's investor day at SanDisk is, frankly, a "self-rescue rally"—the stock price is about to drop, and if they don't release something real soon, the market will really turn its back on them.
Let's first talk about how divided $SNDK's current state is: the financial report looks incredibly strong, revenue reached $8.965 billion, a year-on-year surge of 372%, gross margin 84.6%, and when slapped on the table, everyone would exclaim, "Wow!" But what about the stock price? It was cut in half from its June high. The market said one thing: Are these profits from AI, or are they just an illusion propped up by price hikes?
Looking closely, only one-third of revenue growth comes from shipments; the remaining two-thirds come from price hikes. Once NAND supply hits, prices cool faster than milk tea. Morningstar put it bluntly—supply will come sooner or later, don't be stunned.
So tonight, $SNDK must clarify three things. First, is the 84.6% gross margin a permanent attribute or a limited-time trial card? The last guideline failed to meet the standard already caused Wall Street PTSD, and tonight's Tai Chi attack will directly label the market as a "quarterly wandering." Second, how deeply are long-term contract orders locked? It's said that 80% of contract gross margins are locked in—the longer they stay, the longer the cycle lasts. If they can reveal the details, it's the hardest slap to the "cycle peak crowd." Third, when will the new chip be on board? Yesterday, they released a 2TB new flash memory from Kioxia with a 33% speed increase, dedicated to AI data centers. It sounds appealing, but the mass production timing and revenue contribution need to be guaranteed—don't just make empty promises.
Interestingly, funds are already secretly betting — the stock price rebounded 6%+ from the low, 16 analysts and 13 called "buy," with Bank of America being the most aggressive, setting a $2,500 target price.
I've already been in too much. Tonight, I either take peace of mind or become a shareholder and reflect on my mistakes. Let's see!

Currently, in the $61,000–$65,000 range, over 2.4 million $BTC are held, accounting for 12% of the circulating supply.
Around $63,000 alone, there are 1 million $BTC stacked, making up 5.2% of the circulating supply, with concentration of holdings at a historically rare level.
Comparing to history: From May to November 2024, after the ETF rally ended, $BTC adjusted for half a year.
Later, before the rise from $60,000 to $100,000, there was also a massive accumulation of chips on-chain in the $50,000–$60,000 range.
In July, AI trading collectively deleveraged, with the Nasdaq 100 dropping 7%, while the S&P 500 barely moved.
As AI hype subsides, the attractiveness of allocating to crypto assets has increased, potentially leading to a capital inflow.🔥 This is a huge mix of bullish growth, AI investment, and some serious institutional caution..📊 Biggest takeaways
1.AI infrastructure remains the dominant theme
$NBIS delivered a massive quarter: +454% YoY revenue growth and AI Cloud revenue +514%.
BofA reportedly plans $250B across AI infrastructure, semiconductors, power, storage and critical minerals.
OpenAI enterprise revenue is also accelerating.
At the same time, financial-sector employment is falling as companies push AI-driven productivity.
2.Inflation is cooling — but not perfectly CPI at 3.4% YoY and core CPI at 2.5% are encouraging for rate expectations. But energy inflation remains elevated, so the Fed still has reasons to remain cautious.
3. Institutions are getting more defensive on tech The $21.6B Nasdaq futures selling is probably one of the most important data points in the entire recap. With 72% coming from short sales, large investors appear to be actively reducing or hedging tech exposure.
4. Retail leverage is becoming a concern South Korea tightening leveraged ETF rules shows regulators are increasingly worried about retail investors taking excessive leveraged exposure.
5. Markets remain remarkably strong Despite the institutional selling, the S&P 500 continues making records. Historically, breakouts to new highs have more often continued higher than immediately reversed—but historical statistics don't guarantee the next move.
🧠 The bigger picture
We're seeing an interesting two-sided market:
Bullish:
AI investment ↑ → AI revenues ↑ → infrastructure spending ↑ → inflation cooling → potential easing support.
Cautious:
Nasdaq institutional positioning ↓ → short selling ↑ → financial-sector jobs ↓ → leverage concerns ↑.
That means AI is still attracting enormous capital, but investors are becoming more selective about valuations and positioning.
And for crypto, this matters because BTC/ETH can benefit from easier liquidity expectations—but if institutional risk appetite deteriorates sharply, crypto can still get dragged lower alongside tech.
Wall Street really is the greatest show on earthQ4 revenue was $17.3 billion, up about 18% year-on-year, beating market expectations; Adjusted EPS was $1.22, also above the expected $1.17. AI infrastructure orders continue to grow, with AI-related orders for the year approaching $9.3 billion. The company has provided revenue guidance for fiscal year 2027 of $72.2-73.4 billion, with adjusted EPS range of $5.05-5.11, significantly higher than the market's previous consensus forecast.
Despite the release of impressive earnings reports, the stock price has actually weakened, and there are two core reasons behind it.
First, previous expectations have already been fully met. Cisco has recently been classified by the market as a beneficiary of AI infrastructure, with the market having already overloaded a large wave of AI growth premiums. Now, even a slight exceedation of expectations is no longer enough to drive the market. What investors want is to see data far exceeding expectations combined with subsequent guidance.
Second, profit margins hide hidden risks. Demand for AI network equipment is booming, but cost-side factors such as product mix changes and rising storage chip prices continue to squeeze gross margins. The company had previously warned that tariffs and raw material costs would erode profitability.
Overall, this round of decline is more about the fulfillment of positive factors and the absorption of high valuations, rather than a deterioration in corporate fundamentals.

Risk Warning: Only sharing ideas, not investment advice, no inappropriate guidance, comply with community conventions!Don't just focus on candlesticks! These three things will blow up the market next
Guys, if you only know how to trade cryptocurrencies now by looking at charts and counting waves, you're really falling behind the current meta. How the big market moves next doesn't depend on technical indicators, but depends on the attitudes of these three "big players": CPI (price index), SEC (regulatory), and Hormuz (oil).
Let's break them down one by one and say:
· CPI (Inflation Data): At least the July CPI gave some face, and the market is once again fantasizing that the Fed is about to ease liquidity. But how long this breathing can last is uncertain.
· SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission): The people in Washington are still arguing, and that so-called CLARITY regulatory bill is reportedly going to be delayed until September. The SEC is still watching us, ready to stir up trouble at any moment.
· Hormuz (Strait): Any slight disturbance here causes oil prices to skyrocket. When oil prices rise, inflation becomes uncontrollable, making it difficult for the Fed to cut rates. This is not good news for the crypto world.
So now, when watching the market, I first look at the macro situation, then where the money flows, and finally the candlestick movements.
As for the corresponding coin, I understand it like this:
· $BTC: It depends on whether institutional investors enter the market; liquidity is the final decision.
· $ETH: Depends on the rotation of market fortunes and whether Ethereum itself is strong.
· $SOL: It's like an emotional amplifier—when the market is good, it soars; when it's bad, it drops hard.
· $HYPE: Monitor the activity of on-chain contract trading.
· $OKB: It depends on how the OKX ecosystem and the X layer perform.
In summary: CPI determines what the Fed thinks, the SEC sets the rules, and Hormuz determines how oil prices move. The next major market will likely not trigger on the crypto market, but in Washington, the Fed, or the oil pipelines of the Middle East.
Don't just bury your head in the line; look up more at the road 👀

Guys, which factor do you think is the most critical coming up? Let's split the comments section! This is quite a positive signal for crypto, but not enough...
🔥 July PPI: Good news for risky assets
July PPI increased by only 0% MoM, lower than expectations of +0.2%. Core PPI increased by 0.2%, also lower than the forecast of +0.3%.
What matters is not only the 0% number, but that the trend of price pressure is not accelerating.
From March to July:
📈 Month 3: +0.5%
📈 April: +1.4%
📈 May: +1.1%
📉 June: -0.3%
➡️ Month 7: 0%
Simply put: producer prices have recovered from negative territory but have not returned to the hot state.
🏦 The Fed has more reasons to "stand still"
This is the part of the crypto market that is interested.
The lower-than-expected PPI means that inflationary pressures from the manufacturing side are not strong enough to force the Fed to tighten further.
If the subsequent CPI, PCE, and jobs data continue to cool, the market will have more grounds to bet on a softer monetary policy.
With crypto, this is often a favorable environment because:
Inflation ↓ → interest rate hike pressures ↓ yield → ↓ → risk appetite ↑ → money flows could return to BTC/ETH and then spread to Altcoins.
⚠️ But don't FOMO right away
There is one point that must be looked very sober:
The PPI in July is no longer negative, but has returned to 0%.
That means that price pressures have stopped decreasing at the pace of June. Therefore, it cannot be said that inflation has been completely controlled.
The next market will look at:
CPI → PCE → Nonfarm Payrolls → unemployment → the Fed's speech.
If these data continue to confirm the cooling trend, the bullish narrative for crypto will strengthen significantly.
"Has the low PPI changed monetary policy expectations, and has the cash flow really responded?"
This is the difference between chasing the price and staying ahead of the cash flow.
So, with BTC/ETH/Altcoin at the moment, the PPI signal is bullish in macro terms, but the confirmation point still has to come from the reaction of bond yields, USD, BTC and cash flows.
Bottom Line: July's PPI is tilting in favor of crypto. If the CPI/PCE and employment data continue to soften, the market could start to better price in a favorable monetary cycle. But if inflation turns upward, this whole expectation could reverse very quickly.
#CPIPPIEaseFedSplit #CPI与PPI同步降温, the rate hike divide widened
🚨 In just one month, market expectations for the Federal Reserve have completely changed the script.
Looking back a month ago, the entire market was anxious:
Will there be another rate hike in September?
But now, the tide has quietly reversed.
📉 Currently, the probability of holding rates steady and unchanged in September has climbed to around 64%.
July's CPI was 3.4% year-on-year, core CPI was 2.5%, and with employment data continuing to weaken, the Fed's confidence to continue raising rates is rapidly fading.
Many people don't understand the key point:
The market has never been speculating about whether interest rates are cut now, but rather that future market liquidity cannot be relaxed.
Once rate hike expectations continue to cool, a chain reaction will unfold one after another:
The US dollar weakened
⬇️
US Treasury yields declined
⬇️
Market risk appetite is rising
⬇️
Capital is flowing back into risk assets such as BTC, US growth stocks, and gold
Let's focus on BTC.
Bitcoin itself is not afraid of high interest rates; what truly harms the market is the market's repeated pricing of "higher rates, longer duration."
Now, the logic of suppressing the crypto world is gradually loosening.
So from now on, there's no need to focus on Fed officials' verbal statements.
Three key signals to watch: the dollar movement, US Treasury yields, and net BTC inflows.
If all three move forward together,
It's not just about "no rate hike in September."
This indicates the market is already positioning ahead of time, betting on a new round of easing conditions.

#财报观察员: AI infrastructure earnings report debuts one after another
#7月CPI符合预期, will there be another rate hike in September? This is a clear capital-rotation signal rather than a broad altseason signal.
BTC: −$61.1M → near-term institutional demand looks softer.
ETH: +$7.4M → relative strength is improving.
SOL: +~$9M → stronger inflow momentum, but one day isn't enough to confirm a trend.
BTC $64.5K: important level to watch for whether weakness develops into a deeper pullback.
ETH ETF flows: if inflows continue for several sessions, that would provide stronger evidence of rotation toward ETH.
🎯 Bottom line
BTC weakness + ETH/SOL inflows = selective rotation, not yet a full altseason.
The stronger confirmation would be BTC stabilizing while ETH and SOL continue attracting capital. If BTC loses $64.5K and altcoin inflows simultaneously fade, the rotation thesis becomes much weaker. The trending list has already written that CPI and PPI are cooling simultaneously. I watch Zhong: the US July PPI won't be released until 8:30 p.m. Beijing time tonight. Before the dishes arrived, the next table finished commenting on the "light" option.
Announced CPI rose 0.1% month-on-month and 3.4% year-on-year. This can ease the tension over rate hikes, but it's not a good stamp for OKB. The path should be detoured: interest rate expectations, risk appetite, and finally trading activity.
I will monitor whether both OKX spot trading volume and contract positions are amplified simultaneously. If prices only rise without real turnover, the story is still missing a leg.
Stacking levers is like stacking plastic stools one by one—the higher you sit, the less you dare to cough. Tonight's PPI is out, let's see if this table of food is served wrong.
This article is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute any investment advice. Digital asset prices are highly volatile; please make independent judgments and be aware of the risks #$OKB This is a good scenario-based setup. One important correction: PPI itself doesn't directly determine whether the Fed hikes; it influences inflation expectations and the broader data picture the Fed considers.
For the trading message, the strongest point is your final one: watch the market reaction, not just the headline number. A soft PPI can still produce a sell-the-news move if yields or DXY rise, while a hot PPI can sometimes be absorbed if positioning is already heavily bearish.
Bottom line: PPI below expectations = potentially bullish for ETH; above expectations = potentially bearish; around expectations = likely more dependent on the details and market positioning.AI浪潮正在同时冲击芯片、光通信、软件服务和财政账户。 OKB quietly took over the +7.12% trend, leading the rally on OKX, but the feeling was off: platform coins rallying alone, usually when funds have nowhere to go and they group up, not when the market is coming.
$BTC rebounded from -1.17% to -0.47%. It looks like a stabilization, but the volume only covered up to -3.5% (basically flat). This rebound is short covering, not genuine buying entry.
Breadth 7 rose 8 times down but still fell more, OI barely moved at 110,900, and leveraged funds didn't follow at all. Platform coins moved alone + market volume at parity and didn't follow—this is 'supportive rotation'—money is entertaining itself within the sector.

Here's a framework: The real market switch is at the $BTC volume level at 65,000. So all previous movements should be treated as stock market speculation. Is this OKB a prelude to a breakout or platform coins supporting the market? I'm the one with reasons.
Crypto assets carry high risk. The above is purely personal nonsense and does not constitute investment advice.

OKX Onchain OS recorded 54 mentions of BTC in one hour at 17:00 on August 13, including 42 times on X and 12 times in the news.
Compared to the 24-hour hourly average, this round's speed is 0.87 times, indicating a "slowdown"; The tone is 35% bullish and 11% bearish. There's no need to force the same conclusion between the two lines: how many people are talking about the buzz response, and which side the tone answers lean toward the text—neither can directly replace transactions or cash flow.
If the next round continues with speed, news sources, and actual market transactions, confidence in judgment will be further boosted; If it quickly returns to the mean, this change will resemble short-window noise. Many people think Temasek's investment in Samsung and SK Hynix is a big cash cow, because they once took over FTX at a high point. So I reviewed Temasek's investment records from the past decade: Failures include (primary market): FTX: In 2021 and 2022, invested in FTX in two rounds, totaling $275 million. In November 2022, FTX went bankrupt and lost everything. eFishery: Total investment of 290 million yuan in 2022 and 2023, liquidation in 2024–2025 due to financial fraud, resulting in a 90% loss. Tessa Therapeutics: $256 million in 2017 and 2022, liquidated in 2023, all losses. Similar cases include Pear Therapeutics, Locanabio, Zilingo, and others, all of which are early-stage investments in the primary market, with losses ranging from millions to tens of millions of dollars. Successful cases include: Adyen: invested $50 million in 2014, then increased his position with several times the return. Schneider Electric India: Bought 35% equity for 530 million euros in 2020, sold all for 5.5 billion euros in 2025, a tenfold profit. STT GDC: Invested in 2020, amount undisclosed, sold 82% equity in February 2026 for SGD 6.6 billion. Successful exit from the primary market. BlackRock: In 2020, it bought 3.5 billion USD to acquire 3.9% of shares, holding long-term, currently valued at about 5 billion USDRecently, something in the crypto world seems quite contradictory. On one side: the CLARITY Act has been postponed again. The market had hoped for August, but the Senate failed to complete it before the recess, and the key procedure vote was postponed to September 15. Moreover, there will be issues ahead: the 60-vote threshold, partisan rivalry, bank interests, and conflicts over Trump's crypto assets. The normal understanding should be: major bad news. But if you look at what U.S. regulators have been doing lately, you'll notice something particularly strange: Congress is grinding, but the SEC and the Federal Reserve haven't stopped at all. This makes me increasingly suspicious: the U.S. may no longer be willing to wait until a "unified crypto act" is passed before starting to build a crypto financial system. Instead, they are doing something more practical: the bill will slowly be argued, and the financial system will move on-chain first. These two things are completely different in nature. Let's look at the SEC first—its actions are no longer just "friendly." Previously, when the SEC discussed cryptocurrencies, what was the market's first reaction most of the time? Who are they going to arrest now? Now it's completely reversed. In March this year, the SEC officially issued a framework for classifying crypto assets, clearly stating: most crypto assets themselves are not securities. At the same time, it begins to clarify: what is a digital commodity? What is a stablecoin? What are digital securities? How to handle staking. How to handle airdrops. Even a token originally tied to an investment contract can be separated from security attributes under certain circumstances. It's no longer just "I'm not going to hit you anymore."
