You are required to complete identity verification in order to make withdrawals.

When depositing or withdrawing crypto, make sure the network used matches the network of the destination; otherwise, your assets may be lost.

After you submit a withdrawal request, it will go through 4 statuses: Withdrawal RequestedPendingWithdrawingCompleted. When the withdrawal details page shows Completed, it means the assets have left the platform. You will need to contact the support team of the receiving platform or wallet to verify receipt.
