The $ZEC long position ended in a loss, but it came with an important lesson.
ZEC has now broken below its long-term uptrend line, which triggered the exact exit rule I had set when entering the trade: if the trend breaks, get out.
On the bigger timeframe, this breakdown could still turn out to be a false breakout. But instead of trying to predict that, I chose to close the position immediately.
