🚨 ETH longs are getting crowded — and that’s dangerous.
ETH just broke from $2,700 to around $2,572, while the contract long/short ratio sits at 2.11.
Too many traders are betting on a rebound. That’s exactly when leverage gets punished.
I’m still holding my short from $2,689, currently up around 43.7%.
My plan: watch $2,620–$2,650 for another rejection, stop above $2,700, first target $2,450.
With the Fed minutes coming tonight, I’m not trying to catch a falling knife.
#DailyOrbit $SUI Staring at the market for a long time, the more I look, the less I dare to chase the long side. In the end, it proved that not chasing was the right call. Just after lunch when watching the market, the lack of follow-through was too obvious, and volume didn’t keep up. I indicated high-level pressure, so short positions can be tried in batches.
SUI short positions were taken from 1.1775 down to 1.1240, a +227.6% gain realized. The earlier hesitation was real, but the outcome turned out very rewarding.
Closed 80% of the main position first, keeping the remaining 20% at cost price for protection. Move the stop loss closer to the cost price; don’t be greedy for the last bit. Now is not the time to rush. If you miss it, you miss it—wait for a better entry next time.
Being out of position is not a sin; opening positions recklessly is the mistake.
Don’t lose patience in the choppy market and then try to regain dignity in a trending move. There will be more opportunities ahead, so don’t rush.
$LAB $ZEC The "temperature" of altcoins is rising
The long-dormant altcoin sector has recently quietly gained some heat—not a full-blown surge, but signs that funds are beginning to tentatively flow in.
$BTC remains the stabilizing anchor. It doesn't need to surge wildly; as long as it holds steady, off-exchange funds dare to move half a step deeper into risk. $ETH is like just coming down from a fever; its bottom still needs to be solidified, and expected recovery is more important than a single bullish candle. The true flag bearer is still $SOL, with funds and attention locked onto this main line, and the rhythm remains steady.
Subtle changes are at the edges. $DOGE's heat is quietly climbing, liquidity starting to tilt; $XRP's volatility is compressed to the extreme, like a tightly stretched string—direction unclear, but a turning point precedes choice. This compression is often the prelude to an elastic release.
The logic is simple: BTC doesn't falter, ETH continues to recover, SOL maintains momentum, so high-elasticity pioneers like DOGE and XRP will be ignited first. They are the sparks of sentiment; once they catch fire, a broader altcoin catch-up rally will spread.
What is needed now is not impulsiveness, but observation—watching whether the stabilizing anchor remains unmoved, watching whether ETH's bottom is getting firmer. The temperature has already risen; whether the wind follows is the key.

#BTC巨鲸抛压减弱,ETF资金连续三周净流入 🚨 I’m betting this rally is a bull trap.
$SAND and $RAY have already pumped hard, and I’m not chasing green candles.
I’m short $SAND @ 0.0631 and $RAY @ 2.4452. Yes, they’re hurting right now 😂
But I’m waiting for momentum to fade and the pullback to begin.
No FOMO. No chasing. Just waiting for the crash. 👀
NFA. High-risk trade.
#DailyOrbit $LINK and $ONDO are both red. That’s where the similarity ends.
$LINK fell 4.45%, yet its Smart Money longs are still sitting on almost +$1M. Long exposure is nearly 4x larger than shorts.
$ONDO looks much messier. Positions are almost perfectly split at $16.9M vs $17.1M, while the long side has already accumulated -$708K in unrealized losses.
If I had to choose which chart deserves more attention after this sell-off, it’s $ONDO. That balance looks fragile.🚨 $ETH may not be done falling yet.
The liquidation so far still looks too small to trigger real panic. That makes me think the leverage cleanup may not be finished.
My September 29 view hasn’t changed:
📉 $2,560 is the first key support.
Lose it cleanly, and $2,360 comes back into focus.
Since August 18, we haven’t seen a major flush of 5–10x ETH longs. Until that happens, I’m not rushing to call a bottom.
#DailyOrbit This isn’t a rebound; it’s like CPR for my empty account, right? One last look before bed, $MAGIC retraced but held steady, with clear support below. I casually suggested going long. Didn’t think much at the time—support didn’t break, retracement held, so I went for it.
Woke up this morning to see the price climb from 0.05684 to 0.06484, a +281.14% gain, giving a direct answer. The wait wasn’t in vain; this move really feels great, time to treat myself. The earlier shakeout made people doubt everything, but the rally made it all worth it.
Pocket the big chunk first: take profit on 70%, keep 30% at cost price as protection. Don’t be greedy for the last bit; don’t let profits inflate or drawdowns despair you. The market punishes all kinds of arrogance, especially those who think they’re the smartest.
Now’s not the time to rush; chasing highs risks getting stuck at the peak. Wait for a more comfortable position in the next round and patiently await good news.
$DOGE $SNDK I've never traded $SOL before, do you believe it?
Why did I open this position?
1. The ratio of long to short positions has always been dominant.
2. After breaking down, it pulled back and then dropped again. I went short without any reason [the only flaw is that I didn't go short before breaking the previous low or maybe I should have waited].
I don't know if I can win this round. If it hits 119, I'll call the fire alarm to stop the pain. I'll take profit and then see.API3 is down 18.5%. LCX is down nearly 20%. Super Inu is down 19.8%.
Three completely different projects, three nearly identical drops, same day.
Coincidence, or quiet correlated liquidation across smaller-cap books? Worth watching if this repeats tomorrow. Mina Protocol is down 24.6% today — the single biggest loser on the board.
No single headline explains a drop this size.
When one token falls this much harder than everything around it, that's usually project-specific selling, not a market-wide signal. LayerZero climbed 5.79% to $2.23.
Mantle dropped 9.77% to $0.5867.
Same 24 hours. Same broader market conditions. Opposite outcomes.
When two infrastructure tokens split this hard, it's not the market deciding — it's each project's own news deciding. "Has your $BTC broken even?"
CoinDesk data: Those who bought BTC in 2025 have an average cost of about 88,000, making them currently the only group overall at a loss. The highest price in September reached 87,500, just shy of breaking even, and now it has fallen back below 84,000.
Here are some cost lines:
· Entered in 2025: about 88,000, about 5% away from breaking even
· Spot ETF funds: about 82,300, overall profitable for the first time this year
· Entered in 2026: about 73,500
· Entered in 2023: about 65,000
At the time of writing, BTC on OKX is about 83,570, down about 3% in 24 hours. The 88,000 above is the sell pressure to break even, and 82,300 below is the ETF breakeven line; the current price is only about 1.5% away from it. These two lines are the most worth watching; whether they hold or support depends on the buy and sell orders at that time.
Cost lines are just references, but psychological thresholds often matter. Is your BTC cost above 88,000, below 82,300, or somewhere in between?
$BTC# September FOMC meeting minutes are about to be released, will interest rates continue to rise? #BTC whale sell pressure weakens, ETF funds have net inflows for three consecutive weeks #OKXNOW: ushering in a new era of 24/7 markets Minutes Released: The tone is hawkish, the pace dovish, described as "not hawkish enough."
Nineteen officials unanimously support a 25bp rate hike in September to 3.75%–4.00%, with the "majority" still considering another hike appropriate before year-end; some openly stated that previous rates were "not restrictive and even slightly accommodative." However, they emphasized meeting-by-meeting decisions with no preset path—after the meeting, weaker employment combined with officials signaling "no rush to hike" caused the probability of an October hike to drop from about 70% to less than 20%, shifting market bets to December, with the October 14 CPI being critical.
The bond market has already reacted in advance: the 2-year yield fell more than 12bp in a week to 4.78%, easing short-term pressure; but the 10- and 30-year yields remain above 5%, pricing in a "longer tightening cycle" with no signs of easing.
Implications for $BTC: Not unexpectedly hawkish, the 83,500 level is likely to hold first; but the "need to hike again within the year" caps the valuation ceiling, limiting rebound volume and height, and the risk of a breakdown remains unresolved.

Prices weaken while contract open interest climbs against the trend. This isn’t bottoming; it looks more like leverage piling up thicker. The ETH long-short ratio approaches 1.89, BTC is also skewed bullish, and retail investors treat “deep dips must rebound” as gospel, but the market never rewards crowded consensus.
Technically, KDJ at low levels can indeed trigger a rebound, but low-volume rallies often lack follow-through. The upper trendline caps the price, and rallies look more like handing a knife to the bears. Without a volume breakout, the rebound is just a bull trap.
Strategically, don’t catch a falling knife, don’t bet on a one-way move. Position size is your seatbelt; cash is your leverage. Stay flat waiting for signals, or try light positions with quick entries and exits. True bottoms often form when no one dares to buy, not when everyone thinks it’s “cheap.”

This indicates that traditional assets are beginning to generate real on-chain trading demand.
In the past, RWA was more of a narrative, but now trading volume, users, and liquidity are increasingly emerging.
If this trend continues, the competition among public chains like Solana and Ethereum will gradually shift from "who has higher TPS" to who can support more real financial assets.
This might be the true big cycle for RWA.

The Federal Reserve released the meeting minutes. As soon as the minutes came out, the market crashed directly.
What did the minutes say? Simply put, a few points:
First, there was already one rate hike in September, raising the interest rate to 3.75% to 4%, which is the first rate hike in over three years.
Second, and most importantly — most officials said there will be another rate hike before the end of the year.
Third, the Fed is now only focused on inflation and doesn’t care about poor employment. The September employment data was particularly bad, with only 29,000 new jobs added. Everyone thought the Fed wouldn’t dare to raise rates because of the weak employment, but they didn’t care at all, saying inflation is still high and rate hikes must continue.
2. Why did this cause the crypto market to crash?
This is a typical "expectation gap."
Before the crash, what did everyone think? They thought the Fed wouldn’t dare to raise rates because employment was so poor, and might even cut rates. So the crypto market was highly leveraged, with many people going long, thinking it was safe.
But when the minutes came out, everyone realized it was completely different — the Fed not only won’t cut rates but will raise rates again before year-end. This is much more hawkish than expected.
So all risk assets started to fall: stocks fell, gold fell, and crypto fell the hardest. Why did crypto fall the hardest? Because crypto has the highest leverage; once it falls, it triggers liquidations, which cause more selling, creating a vicious cycle. Within one day, the entire crypto market cap evaporated about $400 billion.
3. What’s the technical situation now?
Simply put: the short-term is oversold, but the long-term trend has already turned bad.
There’s an indicator called RSI, which you can understand as a ruler measuring "overbought" or "oversold." Normally it’s between 30 and 70; below 30 means oversold.
What is Ethereum’s daily RSI now? 15.8. The 4-hour level is even more extreme, 7.89.
What does this mean? It’s like a person falling from a building who can’t fall any further. Historically, when such extreme situations occur, the probability of a rebound within one or two weeks exceeds 80%.
Also, the 2-hour level has already started to rebound; an indicator called KDJ has formed a golden cross, indicating a rebound is on the way.
But! The long-term trend has already turned bad.
Previously, the price was running above the 20-day moving average, indicating an upward trend. This time it directly broke below the 20-day moving average and even broke below the lower Bollinger Band. It’s like someone walking uphill suddenly stepping on thin air and rolling down the hill.
4. What signals are there from the funding side?
There are several interesting phenomena:
First, the funding rate turned negative. Simply put, when there are more longs, longs pay shorts; when there are more shorts, shorts pay longs. Before the crash, longs were crowded, so the rate was positive; after the crash, many longs were liquidated and fled, and now signs of short crowding appear, so the rate turned negative. Negative funding rates are usually one of the short-term bottom signals because if there are too many shorts, any good news will cause shorts to cover, accelerating the rise.
Second, open interest surged by 10.9%. This shows that during the crash, both longs and shorts were aggressively adding positions, with huge market divergence. This situation will cause violent fluctuations later, and once the direction is clear, there will be a big move.
Third, institutional funds are bottom-fishing against the trend. After the crash, Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs had net inflows of $5.55 billion and $1.01 billion respectively, indicating institutions think the price is cheap and are quietly buying. Also, the total stablecoin supply increased by $9.38 billion, showing many off-exchange funds are waiting to enter.
5. What will happen next?
I think the most likely scenario is: first a rebound, then continued consolidation.
After all, it fell too hard, so technically it must rebound. The rebound target is roughly between $2620 and $2650, and if lucky, it could reach $2670. But note, because it broke a key support level and the Fed remains hawkish, this rebound is most likely a "dead cat bounce," not a true reversal.
What is a dead cat bounce? It means after breaking an important level, the price will return to test that level to confirm the break. If it can’t hold above during the test, it will continue to fall.
The second possibility is a weak rebound and continued downward probing. If the rebound can’t surpass $2600 and then breaks below the $2532 low, it may look for support at $2500 or even $2440. This scenario has about a 30% probability, higher than before, because the market sentiment is bearish under the Fed’s hawkish backdrop.
The third possibility is smaller: a V-shaped reversal pulling back directly. This would require major positive news, such as inflation data below expectations, Fed officials speaking dovishly, or large ETF inflows, with about a 20% probability.
6. What should we focus on next?
There are several key dates and price levels to watch:
Dates:
Around October 10, the US will release CPI inflation data. If inflation remains high, rate hike expectations will rise further, and crypto will fall; if inflation is below expectations, there may be a rebound.
October 28, the Fed’s next rate decision, a decisive event. Whether they hike or not and what Powell says will directly determine the direction.
December 9, the year-end meeting, where the "another hike before year-end" mentioned in the minutes will most likely happen.
Price levels:
$2532: This is the 7-day low, short-term support; if broken, look at $2500.
$2674: This is the 20-day moving average, the mid-term bull-bear dividing line; if it can reclaim this level, it means the trend is repaired; if not, it remains weak.

Recently, oil tankers near the Strait of Hormuz have been repeatedly attacked. Although negotiations between the US and Iran are still ongoing, market concerns about geopolitical risks have resurfaced.
From a personal perspective, in terms of risk aversion, if such geopolitical conflicts escalate, capital often flows into hard assets like gold and Bitcoin. This provides short-term support for BTC sentiment; however, on the flip side, if the conflict drives oil prices up and inflation expectations rise, the Federal Reserve's interest rate policy might tighten further, which would not be good for risk assets overall.
It’s not necessarily going to be a one-sided market move immediately; we need to take it step by step. Since news from both sides is not fully settled yet, everyone should keep an eye on how the situation develops. Feel free to discuss in the comments whether you think this will have a significant short-term impact on the crypto space. $BTC The CFTC just joined the SEC in proposing crypto regulations.

Every time this happens, risk assets get the bill first.
Bitcoin is still holding its range — for now. FIL suddenly surged, but the overall market seems to have hit the pause button? 🤔
FIL has indeed been a bit wild these past two days. It peaked near 1.21, rising 8.75% in a single day, carving out an independent rally while the broader market was barely moving. 😱
The logic behind it isn’t complicated: the early batch of linearly unlocked coins was distributed over six years and is expected to be basically fully released by mid-October. After that, the daily new circulating supply is likely to be cut by about 70%, significantly easing selling pressure. Plus, with the mainnet upgrade coming soon, Filecoin as a decentralized storage network is back in the spotlight—AI data explosion, cloud storage billed monthly, and the old narrative of mining FIL with idle hard drives is becoming attractive again. 🤔
On the other hand, BTC and ETH have been moving almost in a straight line all day. With the two big brothers giving no direction, altcoins should have been dormant. But OKB jumped in to steal the show; with the Singapore OKX Now event, the platform token’s buying interest heated up, and the all-weather market slogan sounds quite impressive. 😏
It’s unclear if there’s pressure on the two saints, but OKX’s marketing definitely knows when to strike.
#OKXNOW #本周美联储将公布9月会议纪要 #BTC巨鲸抛压减弱,ETF资金连续三周净流入 The crypto market has just plunged again. $BTC quickly dropped from around 86000 to near 84000, with the ground barely regained a few days ago being given back within minutes. There is no clear sudden negative news on the market yet; it looks more like multiple failed attempts to push above 87000 led short-term bulls to actively reduce positions, combined with high-leverage positions being liquidated in a chain reaction, amplifying this decline.
Now the price has returned to around 84000, a level that has been contested repeatedly before. Going forward, whether 83000 can continue to hold effectively is more important than finding a piece of news to explain the drop. $ETH and $ZEC are weakening in sync, market sentiment is clearly turning cautious, and the short term may enter a new round of directional choice.$SOL is showing a setup worth watching.

While most people are still expecting ETH to continue breaking upwards, I observed that the rebound strength at the 2713.23 level is continuously weakening.
At this level, I positioned a short with 100x leverage, floating profit of 534.27%, mark price 2568.29.
Trading should not follow the crowd's sentiment; you must learn to identify the turning points of market momentum. $SUI has still risen about 35% in a month, but dropped nearly 3% in the past week, with a decline of over 6% in the last 24 hours at night.
My judgment is that the advantage left from the previous round of rise still exists, but short-term buying pressure needs to be regained.
Using the monthly increase to prove its strength at this time easily overlooks recent changes; only looking at the one-day decline easily denies all the previous gains.
Next, I want to see the second drop after the rebound. If the low point gradually rises, it means someone has started to accept a higher buying price.
If it returns to the original place after the rebound, then continue to regard it as an adjustment and don't rush to restore previous expectations.
$ENA has risen about 40% in a month, but dropped about 8% in the past week, and the gains are being tested.
This kind of trend easily makes people hesitate repeatedly: afraid to sell because of a rebound, afraid to hold because of further decline.
I think the judgment can be separated first. The project is worth studying and can continue to be studied; if the position makes you uncomfortable, you should re-examine whether the investment is too much.
The next step is to see if the weakness within the week can ease, and not to treat the break-even price as a position the market must return to.
$AVAX has also risen about 40% in a month, still retaining about 3.5% gains in a week, with relatively stable performance in this phase.
So I am willing to give it a little more observation time, but this judgment also has conditions.
When the market warms up later, it must continue to perform upward. If it only falls less during the decline but does not move for a long time during the rise, the reason for holding must be adjusted accordingly.
Currently, I recognize the existing performance, control the position, and wait for the next rise to come out on its own.On the eve of the FOMC minutes: The $BTC bull-bear dividing line
At 2 a.m., the Federal Reserve's September meeting minutes will be revealed. The market has already reacted: BTC fell 2.13%, with the market holding its breath for clues on "continued rate hikes."
Conflicting data is right before us. The September ISM Services PMI dropped to 54.9, but the prices component rose from 72.6 to 74.0, indicating persistent service inflation; meanwhile, nonfarm payrolls increased by only 29,000, and the unemployment rate rose to 4.2%. Employment is cooling while prices remain hot, casting a shadow of stagflation.
Daly said yesterday she supports a rate hike in September, with the subsequent path depending on whether shocks from tariffs, Middle East oil prices, and AI demand are temporary or sustained. The wording seems balanced but does not rule out further tightening, signaling a clearly hawkish stance. The market currently bets on no change in October, but if the minutes reveal more inflation concerns, rate hike expectations may be repriced, and BTC above 84,000 will be hit first.
The technical outlook is also unfavorable. 84,888 is close to the top of the 84,500–85,000 resistance band, and sell orders in the 85,000–85,500 range have doubled since September 24. Multiple attempts to break through have failed, showing real selling pressure. ETF inflows have slowed, long-term holders are taking profits, buying has slowed, and selling has accumulated.
Before the minutes, BTC looks more like a defender in the short term: a hawkish surprise will push it down, while dovish reassurance may allow recovery. #9月FOMC会议纪要公布在即,是否继续加息? #BTC巨鲸抛压减弱,ETF资金连续三周净流入 #OKXNOW:开启全天候市场新时代 Ethereum at 2600 has cornered me against the wall
The second coin has dropped again, and the number 2600 sticks in my mind like a thorn on the screen.
I remember clearly, when I initially shorted it, it was stubborn, refusing to fall, wearing me down. Now, after I switched to long, it lost steam and plunged uncontrollably. The market is just so tricky, always punishing defiance.
I stare at the candlestick chart and do the math in my head: my long positions are trapped, floating losses growing; I want to cut losses but feel reluctant; I want to hold on, but there’s a big announcement coming at midnight. What if it’s bad news? Wouldn’t it blow me up completely?
Run or not run? This question loops in my mind a hundred times.
If I run, and it turns out to be a false alarm with a big bullish candle tomorrow, I won’t even have a chance to regret. If I don’t run, and it really crashes, would the small position I have even attract the big players? Yet every time I think this, the market precisely tells me: you’re just that chive.
Actually, I know deep down it’s not that the big players are targeting me, it’s that I want to make quick money in this market. Quick money isn’t that easy to earn. Every time I rush in, I think I’m the hunter, but looking back, I’m the prey.
The midnight bell is about to ring. The 2600 on the screen feels like an insurmountable hurdle.

The market treats the FOMC minutes like a verdict, but it's more like a roadmap. Hawkish path: the dollar strengthens, $BTC breaks below 84000, dipping to 82000; $ETH falls below 2600 due to continuous ETF outflows and staking yields lagging behind U.S. Treasuries, targeting 2500. Dovish path: BTC rebounds to 86000, ETH touches 2750, but stagflation remains unresolved, so the rebound is just a rebound, not a reversal.
The data has long been laid bare. Services PMI price index at 74, inflation stubborn; nonfarm payrolls increased by only 29,000, unemployment rate at 4.2%, stagflation is clear. Daly supports a September rate hike; if tariffs, oil prices, and AI demand don't ease, the Fed can continue to hawkishly tighten at any time. As long as the minutes hint that "inflation may be long-lasting," hawkish voices will intensify.
What about liquidity? Whale selling pressure has eased, ETF net inflows continue, but this is defense, not offense. ETH lacks institutional backing even more; if BTC weakens, ETH falls faster.
Liquidity is extremely poor around the minutes release, with spikes targeting leverage. You can guess the direction, but don't lose your principal. The September FOMC unanimously raised rates by 25bp, setting the rate at 3.75%-4.00%. When the minutes are released, the focus won't be on this hike, but on the committee members' debates about the future path.
CME pricing: about a 20% chance of another hike in October, about 68% chance of another 25bp hike in December. The unexpected nonfarm payrolls eased short-term urgency, but inflation remains sticky, so the hawks and doves won't easily compromise.
Watch three aspects: the number of members supporting further hikes, their inflation concerns, and whether they believe rates are sufficiently tight.
Scenario one, hawkish: US Treasury yields and the dollar strengthen, risk assets come under pressure. BTC retests support, ETH's decline is often greater than $BTC, and smaller coins like $ZEC experience the most volatility.
Scenario two, dovish: yields fall, liquidity expectations improve. BTC rallies, ETH shows stronger resilience, and ZEC may surge sharply.
Scenario three, neutral: divisions become public, no unified signal, the market first consolidates then watches data, this is the most likely.
After the minutes are released, focus on two signals only: the 10-year US Treasury yield—if it rises, it pressures crypto; if it falls, it supports crypto; and BTC-ETF fund flows—if hawkishness triggers outflows, the downtrend will be amplified.
Don't rush to bet on direction; wait for the bond market and fund flows to provide answers. #9月FOMC会议纪要公布在即,是否继续加息? #BTC巨鲸抛压减弱,ETF资金连续三周净流入 $ETH is being "snatched up" by institutions, and two on-chain intelligence signals cannot be ignored
Signal 1: ETF funds only recognize ETH leaders
On October 5, spot Ethereum ETFs saw a net inflow of $110.84 million, with BlackRock's ETHA becoming the only money-attracting product. Meanwhile, Bitcoin and Solana spot ETFs experienced net outflows. Funds are not casting a wide net but are concentrating on top ETH products, indicating that institutions' willingness to allocate to ETH is strengthening.
Signal 2: BitMine significantly increases holdings
BitMine increased its holdings by 15,112 ETH, bringing total holdings to 6,016,414 ETH, about 4.9% of ETH's total supply. Over 5 million ETH are already staked, with expected annual staking income of $363 million. This is not short-term speculation but treating ETH as an interest-bearing asset for long-term holding.
Both pieces of intelligence point to the same conclusion: institutions and industrial capital are simultaneously increasing their ETH positions, signaling a bullish mid-term outlook.
However, macro factors remain disruptive. The Federal Reserve will release the September meeting minutes this week, and long-term U.S. Treasury yields have hit new highs, with the 30-year approaching 5.7%. The high interest rate environment suppresses risk appetite, making short-term volatility inevitable.
On-chain funds are choosing ETH leaders, and BitMine is voting with real money. Capital Flow Divergence: $BTC ETF net inflow of $118.88 million, $ETH ETF net outflow of $201.9 million.
Market Overview: $BTC quickly dropped from 85500 to 83577, ETH fell from 2690 to a low of 2587. Short-term MACD indicators have all entered oversold territory, currently representing a weak recovery after a sharp decline.
Key Levels:
BTC support at 83500–84000; if it stabilizes with volume, a retest of 84800–85500 is possible.
ETH support at 2580–2600; if held with a rebound, look for 2620–2650.
Trading Strategy: It is not recommended to blindly short at low levels or heavily buy the dip. A prudent approach is to wait for confirmation of key support levels before lightly entering long positions, while monitoring the impact of the Federal Reserve meeting minutes and macro news on market sentiment.

Just after lunch while watching the market, the resistance above PROS was still there, volume didn't keep up, so I judged the rebound as a bull trap and signaled to open a short position. I didn't chase when the market dropped early on but acted only after the rebound, which kept the rhythm smooth.
The premise of compounding is survival; shortcuts to getting rich often lead to zero.
From 0.7445 to 0.6495, the short position gained +255.2%, feeling good, brothers. Closed 80% first, keeping 20% at cost price as protection; if it continues to drop, let the profits run. This piece of meat was enjoyed comfortably; don't be greedy for the last bite.
Being out of position is not a sin; opening positions recklessly is the mistake. If you haven't entered yet, don't chase; wait for the next signal, and I'll notify immediately. The market isn't short of opportunities, but it lacks patience.
$DOGE $XRP #柴油价格创新高,原油降温难传导 The EU's cautious stance on releasing strategic reserves, combined with the uncertainty surrounding the G7's "100 million barrels" plan execution, is becoming a new key variable in the current oil price tug-of-war. This news itself constitutes a short-term bearish factor for oil prices, but the actual impact may be far less than the surface figures suggest, as the scale of "new supply" is seriously questionable.
Why does the EU have to "look to the IEA's face"?
The EU's position is not about delay but stems from hard constraints of energy security. The IEA requires member countries to hold strategic reserves of no less than 90 days of net oil imports as a bottom line. Before deciding on further releases, the EU needs a clear assessment from the IEA: will another release breach this safety red line? Currently, IEA member countries still hold about 1.1 billion barrels of crude oil inventory, including over 200 million barrels of diesel. There is buffer space, but it is not unlimited.
How much of the G7's "100 million barrels" is new supply?
This is the core contradiction in current oil price pricing. The G7 announced releasing up to 100 million barrels of reserves, but EU member states generally believe this largely fulfills commitments made in March this year rather than additional new supply. The IEA announced a 400 million barrel release plan in March, and as of last week, about 75 million barrels remain unreleased. This portion is very likely counted within the G7's "100 million barrels." JPMorgan analysts hold a similar view. This means the actual "new bullets" the market receives may only be a small fraction of the promised figure.
Current oil price pricing logic
As of October 8, Brent $BZ crude closed at $100.20/barrel, WTI $CL closed at $88.28/barrel, both recording declines. The core force suppressing oil prices comes from demand-side negative feedback: the EIA has lowered global oil demand forecasts, high oil prices are squeezing refinery profits, and Asian refinery purchasing willingness is cooling. Meanwhile, OPEC+ has decided to maintain production unchanged in November, suspending output increases for the second consecutive month, so the supply side has not exerted further pressure.
Comprehensive judgment on oil price impact
Short term (1-2 weeks): The EU's statement increases uncertainty about reserve releases, but the IEA will most likely provide an assessment of "no impact on safety." Once the assessment is in place, the priority release of diesel reserves will directly suppress the European diesel crack spread — which is an important support for current high oil prices. Brent's war premium above $100 will be squeezed out first, with focus on testing the $97-98 range below.
Medium term (1-3 months): The real variable is not the release itself but the scale of actual new supply. If only the 75 million barrels of "old commitments" are accelerated, the market will quickly digest this bearish factor and refocus on the US-Iran conflict and low inventory realities. The downside space for oil prices is limited, and the oscillation pattern around $100 will most likely continue.
Two signals to watch
First, the IEA's formal assessment conclusion. If the IEA clearly states "no impact on energy security," the EU will quickly follow up, diesel release will be implemented, and short-term bearishness will be realized. If the IEA gives reservations, release expectations will fail, and oil prices will gain rebound momentum.
Second, US diesel export policy. The Trump administration previously pressured Europe by restricting diesel exports, but the G7 ultimately promised not to impose export restrictions on energy products. If this promise is broken, European diesel supply will face additional shocks, and oil prices may gain new upward momentum. #创作者激励
Summary: The EU's "waiting for IEA confirmation" is procedural caution, not a refusal to release reserves. The real bearish factor lies in the priority release of diesel reserves, but the "100 million barrels" of new supply is far less than the surface figure, and the downside for oil prices is fundamentally supported and limited. $100 is not the end, but it is not an easily broken starting point either. #原油供应扰动反复,油价高位波动 📈 Nasdaq 100 closed at a record 30,808, while the average stock kept sliding.

#OKXNOW:24x7MarketEra I am the mid-term intelligence guy!
Today, with this $BTC pullback, the CVD has clearly explained the chip distribution.
On October 7th, the market retraced; the purple whales continuously sold earlier to push the price down, and now they are covering their positions at low levels;
the red whales have also been continuously buying after the drop. Medium and large funds were the main force behind this round of decline, but after the drop, they have turned to buying. Retail investors, on the contrary, are still continuously selling.
Further analysis: whale covering + retail investors cutting losses is a typical chip handover.
In the short term, don’t be misled by panic; look for support around 84K, with 82K-88K still the core zone; if whales continue absorbing and retail selling pressure is fully released, the mid-term may actually see a recovery.
But if covering stops and ETFs continue to withdraw, the rebound will be a point to reduce positions. Watch the CVD, not the sentiment.

#美债长端收益率再创新高,30年期逼近5.7% At the Token 2049 stage, many people say "there is always a drop during meetings," but there really isn't such a curse of inevitable drops at every meeting; it's just that these declines haven't given everyone a reasonable explanation.
As mentioned in this week's macro guidance, there are no important macro data releases this week, so the macro theme naturally returns to energy, the bond market, and interest rate hike expectations.
The recent declines in #Bitcoin and the US stock market are more due to liquidity shortages caused by tightening macro conditions, rather than increased volatility from pullbacks. The core issue is the suppression from high bond yields, and this suppression is not just from US Treasuries; global long-term interest rates are similarly affected.
Looking at #BTC and US stocks, the core narrative remains intact, and growth momentum is still there. However, in the short term, the suppression of long-term interest rates weakens liquidity and increases volatility. The way out is simple: either Brent crude prices fall back below $95, or the December rate hike expectations are reduced to below 50%.
These two core factors complement each other, but the key is whether Brent can lead a breakthrough first. However, my view on the US-Iran situation these days is rather pessimistic; the market may still have to endure "cold violence" from US-Iran tensions on November 3! #9月FOMC会议纪要公布在即,是否继续加息? #BTCWhalePressureEases
When I brush away the millennia-old dust from the stratigraphic profile with a soft brush, the traces of whale sell pressure exhaustion on the chain are nothing more than another clay tablet inscription carved with the changes of power.
There is never anything new under the sun. The aristocrats of the Bronze Age city-states sold their bronze ware and wheat seeds to temples during long famines and wars; the noble estates of the late Roman Republic were eventually annexed by the Senate and warlords during cycles of silver coin debasement. Now, the whale outflow trend on-chain that lasted more than three months has abruptly stopped, while spot funds have frantically devoured hundreds of millions of dollars in chips within three weeks. This is not a simple supply-demand balance but an ongoing "founding movement"—the remnants of old aristocrats scattered in the wilderness among the people are being irreversibly melted into the central treasury of the modern financial empire.
Watching $BTC oscillate around 83541.8 on the chart, the one-hour relative strength index (RSI) has already slipped to 38.9, and the price is barely surviving in the narrow gap between the lower band at 82926.7 and the middle band at 83728.67.
It’s like an ancient site undergoing geological fault compression; the foundation seems shaky, but the underlying pottery shards and bone needles have long been scavenged.
I am used to measuring carbon-14 decay in dark caves and to sniffing out human greed and timidity in the silt at cycle tops and bottoms. Retail investors tremble under the pressure of the Bollinger upper band at 84530.6, anxious over fluctuations of several thousand points, yet they turn a blind eye to the brutal wealth concentration in the evolution of civilization. History has already written the ending: scattered whales will eventually weather into gravel, while the trust giants holding minting power and centralized systems are building the new era’s pantheon 🏛️.Let me add a few more words. When I posted earlier, I opened a long position at 2555, with the target just above 2610 to place an order and then exit. The short-term drop isn't finished, but I think the downside is limited. It's possible the adjustment will finish below 2500 and then continue to break higher. Personally, I think the lowest point would be around 2430 at most. Tomorrow, around 2620, I'll consider light short positions depending on the situation. The Ethereum exchange rate has been adjusting for two weeks, and I think the adjustment is about done. On the other hand, Bitcoin might still have a catch-up drop. In summary, in one sentence: the adjustment starting from 2800 will end strongly around 2500, or weakly above 2350, but it will definitely end. The Ethereum exchange rate adjustment is almost over, and it may gradually strengthen again afterward.$KIOXIA AI storage price increase → NAND and DRAM both benefit. But Kioxia's problem is that it doesn't have its own HBM product line (mainly focused on NAND flash), so the degree of benefit is less than Micron's.
If you are optimistic about the storage cycle, buy Micron; buying Kioxia is like buying a "lower-spec version of Micron + lower liquidity" combination, which is not cost-effective. $MU Goldman Sachs expects S&P 500 EPS growth of 27%, with Micron alone contributing 19% of the increase. Morgan Stanley just reiterated an "Overweight" rating with a target price of $1200. Currently at 1086, there is still 10% upside to the target.
Moreover, Micron is the most deeply tied to AI—HBM is in short supply, and its DRAM market share is closely chasing SK Hynix (only 1 percentage point behind). The minutes' impact on it is higher interest rates → tech stock valuations under pressure, but this negative is completely offset by the positive of the AI storage supercycle. The $BTC support level at 83700 mentioned earlier was briefly pierced but has now bounced back. After the minutes were released, the market didn't continue to sell off, indicating that the market doesn't see "one more rate hike by year-end" as big news.
The bad news is: it dropped from 87100 to 83500, a 3600-point decline, which is not a small drop for BTC. Also, when ETH broke below the 2634 support level, BTC was still above 83500, indicating BTC is stronger than ETH, but the strength margin is limited. The core issue with $ETH is not the minutes, but the liquidation wave on October 6: the largest single liquidation in one day was ETH, amounting to $26.64 million. The long leverage was systematically wiped out, and the current weak rebound is because there aren't enough bottom-fishers, and sellers haven't finished selling yet.
Moreover, BTC has stabilized above 83,500, but ETH hasn't simultaneously rebounded above 2,634 (which was a previous support level, now turned into resistance). BTC has held steady but ETH hasn't kept up, indicating ETH is weaker than BTC.$XRP Damn it! This $XRP order book is driving my blood pressure through the roof. @OKX星球 $BX Blackstone slightly rose by 0.07% tonight, almost unchanged. This is normal — as the world's largest alternative asset management company, its logic is "interest rates peak → real estate and private equity valuation recovery → management fee income rebound."
The minutes confirmed "possibly one more hike before year-end," which puts some short-term pressure on Blackstone's valuation (higher rates → lower asset pricing), but in the long run, Blackstone's core driver is AI infrastructure investment (they have invested heavily in data centers and energy projects), which is unrelated to tonight's minutes.$CL EIA raised the average price for 2026 to $98, currently at 88.96, still $10 below the target.
But WTI has an issue: US shale production remains high, and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz benefits WTI less directly than Brent (Brent is more linked to Middle East oil prices). So Brent rises 1%, WTI rises 0.5%, that's the reality.#美债长端收益率再创新高,30年期逼近5.7% Vance personally leads the "fraud crackdown": The Thursday press conference hasn't even started, but the chill for H-1B/OPT has already arrived
Vice President Vance's anti-fraud task force, together with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and Department of Justice (DOJ), will hold a press conference on Thursday with a very aggressive theme: new findings of systemic abuse in work visa programs. To translate—this is not about catching a few fake resume outsourcing workers, but about exposing the "gray market of U.S. companies using visas to suppress American workers' wages" under the national spotlight.
The preview has three layers of tension:
H-1B lottery black market: the same person repeatedly enters the lottery with multiple employers, Indian outsourcing maintains "resume farms," salaries listed as $130,000 but actual on-site pay is $80,000;
OPT/CPT idling: international students nominally attached to small companies for internships, positions unrelated to their degrees, employers not paying taxes or social security;
Dual enforcement by Labor and Justice Departments: DOL investigates wage violations, DOJ investigates visa fraud/conspiracy, potentially followed by criminal charges, bans on hiring foreign labor, and revocation of sponsorship qualifications—not just fines.
Vance's political calculation is straightforward:
"America First for workers" must be enforced; it's not enough to just criticize immigrants, the target must be "big tech + outsourcing giants colluding to suppress wages"—which the left can't defend, the right applauds, and Silicon Valley frowns. $BZ dropped from 102 back to 100. But don't panic, the EIA just raised the Q4 average price forecast by 15% to $105/barrel, and UBS also adjusted its year-end target price to $100.
More importantly: Houthi forces just attacked a Saudi airport, and the risk in the Red Sea shipping route is heating up again. As long as the attacks continue, shipping companies will have to detour around the Cape of Good Hope, pushing freight and time costs higher, which keeps driving up oil prices.
In short: the EIA's $105 is the year-end target, UBS's $100 is the year-end floor. Now at 100.42, it's right in the middle—unable to break above 105 or below 100, just waiting for the next geopolitical news.
