šØ CORE isnāt making Bitcoin faster. Donāt confuse the two.
I keep seeing people interpret COREās āsub-second transactionsā as if Bitcoin itself just got a massive speed upgrade. Thatās not whatās happening.
COREās fast response comes from Hermesā pre-confirmation mechanism ā basically, a temporary confirmation signal happening on the CORE side. It gives users a near-instant experience, but it doesnāt change Bitcoinās underlying block-confirmation speed.
