VanEck’s Matthew Sigel believes passing the CLARITY Act could trigger a major relief rally in Layer-1 tokens. The logic makes sense: clearer classification and oversight could reduce the regulatory discount attached to native blockchain assets. But I would not treat every L1 as an equal beneficiary.
