About StrategyBuildsCash
From Aug 17-23, Strategy sold 18.26M MSTR shares for $2.007B net but made no BTC trades, keeping 840,447 BTC. It repurchased some STRC, raised its USD Reserve to $5.1B and created $1.59B of USD Cash. The reserve covers preferred dividends and debt interest; the cash can buy BTC, repurchase securities or repay debt. More liquidity lowers forced-sale risk but dilutes shareholders. Whether cash goes to BTC or buybacks will shape Strategy's structural BTC buying and MSTR's NAV premium.

🚨 $2 BILLION RAISED — BUT NOT A SINGLE NEW BITCOIN
Strategy just raised roughly $2.01B through stock sales, yet its Bitcoin stash remains untouched at 840,447 BTC.
That’s the interesting part. 👀
The money came in, but instead of immediately buying more $BTC, Strategy is sitting on the cash.
Is this patience, preparation, or a sign that the next Bitcoin purchase could be much bigger?
The next move from Strategy could be worth watching closely. 🔥

Saylor may be loading the next $1.6B Bitcoin cannon. 👀
Strategy sold BTC near $64K while everyone was panicking. Now BTC is knocking on $80K.
At first glance, that looked like a terrible call.
But the bigger picture tells a different story.
STRC dropped below $100, making it harder for Strategy to efficiently raise capital through its preferred stock. So instead of aggressively buying BTC, the company shifted gears: sell MSTR, raise cash, support preferred dividends, buy back.

BitMine just added 32,447 $ETH in one week, taking its stash to a massive 5.85M ETH.
Meanwhile, Strategy bought zero new Bitcoin — but quietly built a $1.59B cash war chest for future purchases.
? Still sitting at 840,447 $BTC.
One is accumulating now.
The other is loading the cannon.

2026Saylor just broke the pattern. 👀
During the biggest Bitcoin move since election week 2024, Michael Saylor bought zero BTC.
That’s unusual.
The last two times BTC had a +20% weekly move, Saylor bought 12K BTC and then 79K BTC into those rallies.
And here’s the bigger picture:
Since July 2024, every major BTC move ended higher 3 months later, with an average gain of around +30%.
So if history is rhyming…
this might not be the top. It might be the setup.
Higher. 📈

Bitcoin can rally on institutional demand without every institution buying BTC directly.
ETF inflows are surging while Strategy just raised $2B without adding a single BTC.
That changes the interesting question.
The bigger institutional shift may not be who is buying Bitcoin.
It may be how institutions are choosing to gain exposure to it.

Bitcoin: The Next Big Catalyst May Come From Institutional Capital 👀₿ Bitcoin’s market is evolving. The conversation is no longer only about retail traders, halving cycles or short-term price targets. One of the biggest questions now is: How much institutional capital could eventually flow into Bitcoin? That matters because Bitcoin has something institutions rarely find in traditional markets: A scarce digital asset with a transparent and predictable supply. ₿ 21 million maximum BTC But the rea
