What cashback do I earn on an ongoing basis?
Regular users: Earn 2% cashback, up to €10 cashback per calendar month
VIP 1–9 users: Earn 4% cashback, up to €100 cashback per calendar month
Cashback is earned only on USDG purchases made with your OKX Card and will be credited in USDG to your Pay account. Please ensure your card is funded with USDG to qualify.
How is the cashback cap calculated for core cashback?
The cashback cap is calculated on a calendar-month basis. Once you reach the monthly cashback cap, you’ll stop earning cashback for the rest of that month. The cap resets at the start of each new calendar month.
How much can I spend to earn the full monthly cashback?
For VIP 1–9 users earning 4% cashback:
Earn up to €100 cashback on €2,500 in eligible purchases per calendar month
Which purchases are eligible for cashback?
All USDG payments are eligible, except for the categories listed below.

General professional services | Payments for professional services that aren't clearly classified under a specific service category |

Digital media content | Purchases of digital books, movies, music, or other media content |
Educational services | Payments to schools, training providers, or educational institutions |
Business support services | Payments for miscellaneous or uncategorized business services |
What form of cashback do I receive, and when will I get it?
Cashback is paid in USDG and credited to your OKX Pay account.
Once a purchase settles (as triggered by the merchant), you’ll receive your cashback within 24 hours.
Can core cashback stack with promotional cashback?
No. Cashback rewards don't stack. If a promotion is active, the promotional cashback applies instead of core cashback.
How do I become a VIP user?
VIP status is determined by your activity or assets on our platform, including factors such as account balance and trading volume. You can view your VIP level and learn how to upgrade directly in the OKX app.
