CPI开奖前夕｜阴谋论推演：美国财政部的债务剧本
CPI即将揭晓，市场流传一套颇具想象力的推演，来看看这套美国债务操作的猜想逻辑。
美财长贝森特近期频繁对外释放言论，有观点认为财政部内部存在操盘思路，目标压低存量国债真实债务负担。美国联邦债务规模十分庞大，长期国债是沉重的利息包袱。倘若趁着长债价格大跌的时机进场回购注销，就等同于打折清偿巨额长期债务。同样一笔美元资金，可以买回面值更高的债券，直接削减未来数十年的利息开销。
想要把长债砸到便宜价位，就需要通胀数据走强，推升市场加息预期。利率上行，长债价格便会承压下行。猜想里完整剧本是：刻意容忍通胀，维持高利率预期，借市场抛售把长债价格打下来；等到财政部回购任务大体完成，再切换为降息叙事。这套操作，表面上财政部与美联储各司其职，还能维护沃什领导下美联储的政策独立形象。
当然这只是市场阴谋论猜想，并非既定事实。现实中财政部首要职责是保障国债平稳发行，人为制造通胀代价极高，通胀失控会冲击美元信用，也要承担民生与政治代价。
