$0.134 ARB, Are You Afraid or Greedy?
Let's look at the surface: good news piled up, but prices didn't soar.
It rose 45%-55% in the past 7 days, 60%-70% in one month, and rebounded 85%+ from the absolute bottom of 0.0707 at the end of June—but after the H1 report was released in early September, the price fell from 0.142 to 0.134 and couldn't continue to rise.
Good news comes with negative news; short-term profit-taking is still running, and the big unlocking on September 16 is still to come.
First: The H1 report is impressive, but the price has already been overdrawn in advance.
The Arbitrum Foundation released its H1 2026 progress report, and the data is indeed strong:
DAO Revenue for Half a Year of $6.19 Million with Gross Margin Over 97%
Processed 478 million transactions
Stablecoins average over $70 billion in monthly transfers
RWA has reached a market capitalization of $1 billion in the Arbitrum ecosystem
But ARB jumped from 0.07 to 0.142, a 100%+ increase. Has the market already traded these positive factors ahead of time?
Second thing: Robinhood Chain is truly catalytic, but unlocking on September 16 is also a real disaster.
Robinhood Chain, based on Arbitrum Orbit, had license fees in July accounting for 35% of DAO revenue that month. This is the strongest narrative of ARB's rebound this round—from "ordinary L2" to "TradFi on-chain infrastructure."
But the problem is—on September 16, 92.63 million ARB will be unlocked.
At 0.134, the value is approximately $12.4 million, accounting for 1.4% of the outstanding float.
September 11 CPI data, September 15-16 FOMC meeting, plus ARB unlocking—three factors stacked together. If CPI is hot + FOMC is hawkish + unlocked and sells off, ARB is very likely to return to 0.10-0.11.
The third thing: the macro window has entered a "high-risk period," and knockoffs will always be cannon fodder.
BTC is now fluctuating around 79,600, just pulling back from 82,000. Nonfarm payroll data is relatively strong, rate cut expectations are cooling, and the probability of a rate hike in September is hovering between 40% and 60%.
September 11 CPI + September 15 FOMC
If persistence in inflation + employment is not weak: the dollar is relatively strong, high-beta knockoffs (ARB belong to this category) will be directly exposed.
If data weakens + rate cut expectations rise: BTC rebounds, and ARB follows suit.
The bullish and bearish showdowns are up to you
On one side:
H1 revenue was 6.19 million yuan, gross margin 97%, solid data
Robinhood Chain contributes 35% of revenue, with real adoption growing
RWA with a market value of 1 billion+ and TradFi partners continue to grow
It rebounded 85% from the 0.07 bottom, indicating a bullish trend
On one side:
On September 16, 92.63 million tokens were unlocked, adding another 1.4% selling pressure to the circulating market
The price has retreated from 0.142, signaling early trading of positive news
September 11-16: Macro window is high-risk, CPI + FOMC meeting is concentrated
Low liquidity at the weekend, contract volume far exceeds spot volume, and pullbacks can easily trigger chain stop-losses
Resistance above: 0.138-0.142 (recent highs) → 0.145-0.155
Support levels: 0.128-0.13→ 0.12-0.122→ 0.105-0.11
Operational strategy
Short-term players:
If there is a long upper shadow or stagnation near 0.138-0.142, short-term pullback to 0.130-0.128, stop loss at 0.145. Wait until it stabilizes at 0.128-0.130 (4H stabilizes + volume shrinks followed by a bullish candle), then lighten and go long, with a stop loss below 0.122.
Buy on two rounds of dips between 0.128-0.130, reduce positions in two batches of 0.138-0.142. Reduce positions and observe before September 11-16, not betting on CPI + FOMC direction.
Long-term believers:
Extreme positions like 0.10-0.11, the Orbit+RWA narrative is true, but tokenomics (continuous unlocking) mean ARB is not one of those low-circulation varieties that can easily double.
ARB is now "improving narrative and high prices"—
99% of people shouted "A reversal is here" upon seeing a 45% increase, but they failed to see that 92.63 million tokens were unlocked at the end of the month and the FOMC was still waiting ahead.
The day it broke through 0.142 might have truly been a reversal.
But what if you can't break through?
How much does your ARB cost?
At 0.134, are you buying or selling?
