💵 The Wage Number May Matter More Than Traders Think July employment was extremely weak: -23K jobs vs. ~83K expected. But another part of the report deserves attention: Annual wage growth slowed to around 3.2%. Why does that matter? Because the Fed isn't watching employment in isolation.
