The market is pricing in a Fed split, and it's getting messy.
CPI and PPI both cooling = "Fed should cut" camp is loud
But jobs still strong + inflation sticky = "Fed should hold" camp is louder
Result? #CPIPPIEaseFedSplit
Meanwhile $SP500 is knocking on 8000.
Everyone feels like we should rally... but no one trusts it.
Why?
Because liquidity hasn't actually returned.
ETF inflows for $BTC and $ETH look good on paper, but retail isn't back.
Institutions are nibbling, not buying.
US Tech keeps pouring billions into AI capex: $NVDA $META $GOOGL
That's a "buying future productivity" story.
CN Tech: Alibaba, JD, Meituan, Baidu
That's a "cut costs and pay dividends" story.
Capital flows to growth, not to cash flow.
So we sit here.
SPX near 8000. BTC/ETH consolidating.
Waiting for one thing: Confidence.
Until Fed gives clarity, until SEC gives rules,
this is a trader's market, not an investor's market.
Patience wins.
