$CL EIA上调2026年均价至98美元，当前88.96离目标还有10美元空间。
但WTI有个问题：美国 shale 产量还在高位，霍尔木兹海峡关闭对WTI的利好不如布伦特直接（布伦特跟中东油价更挂钩）。所以布伦特涨1%，WTI涨0.5%，这就是现实。
