SEC 加密工作组在推加密资产托管新规。
重点是给券商和投顾明确以下两条：
1-经纪商可不经特殊注册可持有非证券类加密资产。
2-投顾可把客户资产交给州特许信托公司托管。
托管链条打开后，机构资金入场的合规摩擦就会大幅下降。
