Continuing from the previous blog post, after the U.S. stock market opens, Kai Ge personally believes there are three scenarios for $SNDK Scenario 1: The market opens and pulls up to 1490–1500 but fails to hold above 1500. This is the situation I think requires caution. If it first surges at the open, even touching above 1500, but the trading volume doesn't keep up and then quickly falls back below 1490, this pattern can easily turn into a false breakout followed by a decline. Especially since SNDK has recently undergone a significant correction from a high level, and market sentiment hasn't fully recovered. The single-day drop of over 6% on August 24 indicates that selling pressure above remains heavy. In this case, I tend to think: resistance near 1500 → rebound failure → watch 1460 → possibly retesting previous lows again. Scenario 2: The U.S. stock market opens and directly breaks below 1460, which actually calls for caution about acceleration. Because the price has been consolidating around 1460 today, if this level is effectively broken, it suggests that today's so-called "consolidation shakeout" might not be a short squeeze but rather a depletion of buying funds. Once 1460 becomes a resistance level, the downside space will open significantly. Scenario 3: The market opens with volume and breaks through 1500, which is a completely different scenario. If tonight $SNDK can hold above 1500 with volume and the pullback to 1500 does not break it, this indicates that the 1460–1500 consolidation today was likely absorbing selling pressure. In this case, one should not stubbornly fight the bears; there is a short-term opportunity to continue rebounding toward the 1550–1565 range from the past few days.
