$ETH is down about 7% on the week, yet stablecoin supply on Ethereum grew $243M, and Arbitrum and Base added roughly $160M more. Meanwhile ETH futures OI slid from nearly $18B in late September to $15.4B. That's leverage leaving while dry powder stays on-chain, a cleaner setup than pure risk-off. $BTC is defending $80K after $729M of ETF outflows, and $SOL and $XRP still trade heavy. Don't chase bounces until ETF flows turn. Is this patient capital or just parked cash?
